C’était notre première fois au Maroc avec mon ami, nous sommes plus que satisfaite ce Riyad est juste magnifique. Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil, je tiens vraiment à remercier Mohamed pour sa gentillesse extraordinaire et son professionnalisme, toujours présent pour nous, merci infiniment à ce monsieur qui a ébloui notre séjour et qui a été par la même occasion d’excellent conseils. Magnifique endroit et à côté de tout le seul. Petit bémol serait la wi-fi qui est difficile à avoir.

This place is a "WOW." The suite and staff were incredible! Highly recommended.

This place is a magical palace. I feel like I left family behind. Everyone was so kind in a genuine way. Simo, one of the managers, is now our adopted brother. HAHA. While there I texted pics to friends who say they want to go to Marrakesh. This place is a perfect location, right outside souk main doors so the taxi can drop you right at front. Food is ABUNDANT and delicious. I'm very particular when it comes to mattresses, and theirs did not disappoint. Staff cleaned our room daily. I'll leave out details so you will see the other surprises yourself. A big hug to my Moroccan family! Ciao!

這旅館地點好方便，不到5分鐘就到中心點，清真寺廣場及舊城區，還有有廣場市集。 服務員很友善，Simo十分健談，樂於幫助。 我們住地下中間的房間，入住兩晚，寧靜、寬敞、清潔舒適。只是沖涼水壓不足，出水較為慢。 整體屬非常好的體驗。

スタッフの皆さん、丁寧に建物の中を案内してくれましたし、分からないことがあれば、すごく親切に教えてくれて、とても優しさを感じました。

Everything worked just barely - electricity, hot water and wifi all just functioned some of the time or at very low level. Luckily the AC worked at night.

Breakfast was well stocked and staff were very friendly and helpful

The Riad it self is nice and nice location But could be better 2 bottles of water were given for entire 4 nights Roof restaurant needs a major upgrade nothing like the pictures shared Pool is only there for decoration We speak French ( our first language) and felt like they couldn’t understand at times Hassan made our stay memorable thank you for your service and help We were happy to try it but happy to finish our vacation in a hotel

Property was nice and the man at the front desk was kind and helpful.

Got in late around 11pm. Friendly check in, but room was terrible. AC didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work, bed rock hard. So terrible I left early and Hotels.com did nothing about it. I request a 50% refund and heard nothing from them or hotel. I’m questioning if I should continue to use this site. Every time I’ve had an issue they do nothing

Wonderful Riad in the middle of the centre and few minutes from Medina. Great hotel, spaciuos delicate rooms, nice SPA and great staff. Excellent ecperience!

We had an AMAZING stay at Riad Wow! We booked the family suite which was more than enough room for the 4 of us. The room was beautiful! The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. We loved how walkable the Riad was too. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I chose this riad based on positive reviews from others. We stayed in a ground-level room, which was nicely decorated with a lovely bathroom, but it lacked natural light, making the space feel claustrophobic. There was nowhere to sit except on the rooftop, which, while pleasant, was let down by the food. We were served stale, cold crêpes and the worst chicken tagine I’ve ever had. Breakfast service was also poor. Overall, I would not recommend this riad.
