Was honestly a great night stay. I wish more places were like this one. Was clean, quiet, and the person on staff was extremely nice.

First time staying coming thru town. Convenient, comfortable and a great price. I will be back.

Good price for travelers.

No hot water & it was 47 out, no security latch on the door, hair stuck in the freezer portion of the fridge. Upon checkout, the clerk said he did not speak English as the attempt to explain about the room was made. Not enough towels or washcloths for 2 people.

Very quite location even though easy access to I-25. Updated old building. I would stay again. Close to shops and restaurants.

Hotel was very good for what I paid. Room was dated and could use fresh paint. Walls in room had stains that needed to be cleaned. Overall, it was fine based on the rate paid.

Housekeeping is not up to par. Showed one nasty, lazy example to manager. New paint doesn't obscure dirty housekeeping details. New dark flooring was a poor choice - it shows all the dirt tracked in just bringing in suitcase, so the bathmat was needed at the door. Couldnt be barefooted in the room. Outside good doormats are needed. Breakfast was very poor.

Booked a last minute stay for my son who missed his train. It was in the 30s he walked there and was 2 gours before he could check in and they wouldnt even let him sit in lobby til check in.

Room is dated, but clean and bed comfortable. Good for a one night stay.

Room heaters did not work. Couldn’t get the heater to heat above 65 degrees. It ran all night long and never shut off. It was as very loud. Had to request extra blankets to stay warm. The smoke detector is missing and the wires were hanging from the ceiling. You could see outside light from around the door and the door did not seal. No working clock in the room. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Many health/safety code violations. If I wasn’t just passing through I would report this place to the fire marshall. Will never stay here again.
