Easy check in and check out process. Rooms are incredibly quiet especially for such a central location. Curtains are not blackouts, if that’s something you’re looking for. Excellent value for the price and location.

They put me in the WRONG building. I specifically booked 45 Willcocks, and they put me in 40 Willcocks. Their excuse was “we’re fully booked”. So?? I booked this over a month ago, you need to ensure there is availability prior to booking. Also, I got a migraine because three mornings in a row I woke up to hammering at 6am, and drilling at 7am. The drilling continued throughout the day and disturbed my work. No one mentioned construction at the time of booking. They weren’t able to switch rooms. Unbelievable. Noisy neighbours and noisy other tenants, lots of children/groups. Avoid this place at all costs.

The room and bedding were acceptably clean, but the furniture a bit run down and the windows dirty.

The staffs were very kind, welcoming, friendly. The price are so cheap. I can recommend for short stay here. One sad point was that the kicthen room was so dirty because any students didn’t use properly…?

Great value for money if you just need a clean bed to sleep and don’t mind student hall style shared bathrooms. Minutes from downtown.

This is a quiet university dorm. Expect dorm like facilities. Perfect if you are just looking for a place to sleep safely and quietly. Near streetcar stations and major shopping locations. Super friendly staff!

Room smelled of sweat. Room hasn’t been properly cleaned in weeks. Pubes everywhere.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert, selbst zu später Stunde – das Personal / Studenten waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit einem bequemen Bett und einem Schreibtisch – ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Besonders positiv war die gute Lage des Hotels, von der aus man sehr schnell alles wichtige erreichen konnte. Gerne wieder.

This is my first time staying on campus! The room is very simple☺️

The staff were cordial and helpful. The facility was clean and functional as you might expect of a university residence. Just the basics but when the basics are all you require then this option is an excellent one. Would happily use it again whenever the occasion arises.

La chambre est petit me et basique (1 lit simple, un bureau, un placard), vous en aurez pour le prix payé. Bon rapport qualité prix. La localisation est bonne (sans être exceptionnelle), faut compter 10min de marche pour atteindre un quartier avec plusieurs supermarchés, restaurants. Et une 30/40min de marche pour atteindre le centre de Toronto. Un arrêt de tram juste en face de la résidence, mais lors de mon séjour, il y avait apparement des travaux et l'arrêt n'était pas desservi. Seul point (vraiment) négatif est la réception. La fille au Check-in avait l'air d'être dérangée que je vienne faire mon Check-in. Pas un bonjour pas un sourire. Au checkout, une autre personne et ce n'était bien meilleur...

It was a great property at a great price

For the money I paid it was fantastic especially when you concider that you are in Toronto. Clean sheets very basic. A place to rest your head. Nothing more nothing less.

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable, even helping me track down a parking structure with a higher clearance height for my van. The room was basic but that is by design and it was truth in advertising. One thing that would make the experience better (and no doubt for the dorm students too) is some better sunblock shade on the window. The sun was intense very early and continued to intensify. Thankfully I did not stay in the room much during the day. Climate control kept it comfortable for sleeping at night. Shared dorm showers are fine for anyone comfortable with hostels. All in all I would choose this for my stay again due to pricing and convenience! Again, staff was very helpful!

This a college student dormitory; it's a dorm room. It's a nice dorm room. However, things can get noisy in the dorms if you remember your college days. Some nights were fine, but some nights were really noisy. I complained one night and campus security came and talked to the people, but then after campus security left, the party went on. If you have any noise issues, complain multiple times. Otherwise, the offenders will just ruin your stay at this place. The location of this place was EXCELLENT. You just can't beat the location and convenience of this place. Price was right for a college dorm. Surrounding area and campus in general is beautiful and clean.

The bed was very stiff and the mattress hard and thin. The air conditioning seemed old. You couldn't alter the temperature of the room and the air conditioning made a loud droning noise. The rest of the room was nice and basic.

Basic accomodation for the night. Have stayed before, would again. Can't beat the price for a single room right downtown!

Avoir toutes les commodités d'une suite pour un tel prix à Toronto, c'est rare. Les toilettes, les douches et la cuisine sont partagées, certes, mais les toilettes et les douches sont assez intimes et ultra-propres, et il y a assez de quincaillerie dans la cuisine pour pouvoir passer un court séjour dans la ville sans avoir le passer dans des restaurants. De plus, le bâtiment est très moderne, très propre et très tranquille.

Very quiet, helpful desk staff, clean room & bathroom, convenient to public transportation

Fabulous location, quick check-in, facilities adequate and very clean. Highly recommended for simple clean room in downtown Toronto, with street car on corner.
