Area is quiet and seems to be safe. But room is too small for double bed, mattress is so uncomfortable even make loud noise when you moved around, comforter is dirty looks like it's haven't been washed for sometimes.

I gave you my review. It was my opinion, as all reviews are opinions. My opinion also held several facts. I did it without using profanity, and the other criteria listed that you did not want the tenants to share. Therefore, I am not going to change it.

Its a cheap motel 6, we didnt expect luxury, we got what we paid for. The sheets were stained but they happily replaced them quickly and the staff was friendly. The tables and floors were a bit dirty but not absolutely disgusting.

Surprised to get a smoking room.But other than that, clean and comfortable in a gois location. Check-in staff was friendly and service oriented. Very good for a budget hotel.

Great option for sole traveler. Comfortable and nice.

The staff were really great. The walls were thin and neighboring guests were boisterous. The overall clientele seemed to perhaps be longer term residents - houselessness transition project? Not our scene. When we left my 13-year-old said, "yeah, that place was sketch." When I asked her what made it sketch, she said,"the people."

Quick and easy

No shampoo, looks like there is human trafficking here but am not sure. Could hear a lot of interesting activities on the room above me, would not let me sleep. And someone involved in that activity, had a loud sounding car in the parking lot and would rev up the car when parked and speed out of the parking lot like 5 times in the middle of the night, not allowing me to sleep. I was very tempted to call the police because there was a lot of suspicious people and activity going on. I lost a lot of respect for Motel 6 and will never stay at one again

The faucet in the bathroom was not working properly.

Room smelled like urine upon entering. I got used to it, but wasn't ideal. Definitely not the best conditions for $100 a night.

I mean, I didn't pick the motel six for the experience. Was just okay, pretty rough neighborhood but we're from Portland and knew all that going in! Totally decent and the ladies at the desk were helpful.

Black mold on the ceiling of our bathroom and brown stains down the walls

Pretty okay for a night stay. Lots of gomeless around the building and an active drug deal happened outaide our unit.

Room right next to an office. Noisy from the office and parking lot.

Full of homeless people, no fridge in the room while in the add says room with a fridge

Get what you pay for Smell dirty and smelled like an Ash Tray

A non smoking room that smelled smokey. Long term guest above who were "bouncy"noisy at 12:30 am one night and at 5:30am on another.
