Nice staff and clean hotel in Colico, cant complain at anything really.

Perfekt lokasjon, nært togstasjon og ferge. Rolig og fint område. Hotellet fremstår som noe utdatert. To basseng - et hvor man kan betale seg inn dersom man ikke er gjest ved hotellet, og ett "voksenbasseng" for hotellets gjester. Bassengområdet er fint, men bassengene er skitne. Rommet var ok, hadde forventet høyere standard for prisen. Innsyn fra gaten til hotellrommet, alle rommet på rekken hadde tilgang til uteområdet rett utenfor vinduer/altandør. Her burde det vært satt opp skiller mellom rommene for en mer privat følelse.

Wir haben uns im Seven Park Hotel vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Was uns besonders in Erinnerung geblieben ist, war das unglaublich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Egal, ob an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück oder zwischendurch: Alle waren herzlich, hilfsbereit und dabei angenehm unaufdringlich. Man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, als Gast willkommen zu sein. Auch die Sauberkeit hat uns sehr überzeugt. Unser Zimmer war jederzeit ausgesprochen gepflegt, und auch im restlichen Hotel sowie in der Außenanlage wurde sichtbar viel Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit gelegt. Die entspannte Atmosphäre und die schöne Lage in Colico haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Das Hotel ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um abzuschalten und die Zeit am Comer See zu genießen. Wir würden das Seven Park Hotel ohne zu zögern wieder buchen und möchten uns noch einmal herzlich beim gesamten Team für die schöne Zeit bedanken.

Beautiful location, relaxing, peaceful. The video online for the property did not do it justice. It is much more prettier in person.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits à l'hôtel, le personnel accueillant ( seul bémol la barrière de la langue, pas de français. Idem dans les restaurants au alentours) Place de parking limité...sinon payante à l extérieur. Belle endroit, à visiter.

Das Hotel liegt super, unmittelbarer Zugang zum See. Unbedingt zu empfehlen sind die Zimmer mit Seeblick. Unser Zimmer selbst zeigte deutliche Gebrauchsspuren, hier wäre grundsätzlich eine Aufarbeitung notwendig. Nichtsdestotrotz würden wir das Hotel wieder wählen bei unserem nächsten Besuch am Comer See. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals hat uns sehr überzeugt. Das Frühstück war okay, auch lokale Produkte wurden angeboten.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seven Park qHotel on Lake Como. Its location is perfect for travelers seeking a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere away from the busiest tourist areas. Nearby, it is easy to rent a boat with a guide, making it a wonderful way to experience the beauty of the entire lake from the water. Traveling between the towns around Lake Como by car is also very convenient. The hotel itself is excellent, with attentive service and a good breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although their décor was somewhat plain. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others looking for a peaceful base on Lake Como.

Över förväntan. Låg precis vid sjön och 2 härliga pooler att svalka sig med. Trevlig restaurang precis vid sjön. Lugnt och stillsamt men promenadavstånd till lite flera restauranger och barer om man önskar.

The breakfast was very good but the on site restaurant for dinner was dreadful and wouldn’t go there again. The hotel itself and the staff were very friendly but didn’t expect a plastic bracelet round my wrist for the length of our stay! Would have preferred glasses in our room rather than very cheap plastic ones and would have liked the teas coffees and bottled water to be replaced each day - not worth the money we paid for a room of that standard

I read many online reviews for this hotel, most were very good and we arrived full of expectation. We were not disappointed, from the moment we stepped in the level of service from all the staff was superb, Breakfast was fresh, plenteous and varied, top marks. The bar/bistro was well priced and again the staff were brilliant. Location is 5 minutes walk from train station, 5 minutes from the centre and restaurants and also leads directly to walking/cycling paths. If you like water sports they are all available and just next door to the hotel. Loved Colico and Seven Parks.

Perfect time and room

This was a beautiful hotel with two outdoor pools and fronting on a small beach on Lake Como. The property includes a breakfast room (breakfast included with room price), bar, and excellent restaurant that served in the afternoon and dinner. It's a quiet, lovely place in a charming smaller town on Lake Como.

This hotel does not meet 4 star standards. The hotel felt more like a 3 star hotel at the best, rather than a 4 star property. The rooms itself was disappointing, but the lack of hospitality and guest care was even more disappointing. Overall, it was well below my expectations.

Fabulous place to stay - loved it all, restaurant was great and the hotel has a very relaxing feel due to the beautiful surroundings and amenities combined the high level of service. We would definitely return.
