The staff here are amazing! They arranged for airport pickup and drop off for our stay, both of which were punctual. They offered us a suggestion for a place to eat which was excellent. The hotel is historic and beautiful, the room had a balcony with doors that opened to it and allowed a nice view of the wonderful street the hotel is on. The hotel is clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay there again. If you’re going to Catania this is the place to stay! In addition to all the other wonderful things about this hotel it is located right at the historic center of the city and you can easily walk anywhere you want to go.

Me and my family visited Catania, Sicily from September 24, 2025 to October 1, 2025. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Trieste in Catania, Sicily. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. The owners, Marco and his wife Chiara, were absolutely wonderful, so kind and helpful in every way. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend Hotel Trieste to anyone visiting Catania and look forward to returning on our next trip. Anna Marie, Fanio, Frances and Fanio Jr.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Trieste from the moment of arrival to the moment we left. The hotel is in a great location near restaurants, shopping, and transportation. The rooms are spacious and clean. And most importantly the staff are very welcoming, warm, and friendly. I highly recommend Hotel Trieste for anyone visiting Catania.

Ottimo Hotel a 2 passi dal Teatro Bellini in pieno centro a Catania. Proprietario molto gentile e prodigo di consigli. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Straconsigliato.

Super hosts. Takes time to explain everything and give hints to places to go and eat. Bit noisy because of a club across the street. So bring your earplugs.

The hotel is in a great location, was very clean and the hosts were lovely. Could not fault in that respect. Unfortunately the room smelt musty and the air con was positioned above the head of the bed (by the ceiling) which was a little disheartening. The absolutely worst was the bed which I have to say was truly uncomfortable. I don't write these faults easily as everything else was 5 stars.

We had a wonderful stay at this property- very clean and had everything we wanted. Host was amazing. So close to all the major sights! Definitely would go back.
