We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our apartment had two bedrooms with beautiful view from the private terrace. The hotel has excellent location in the old town and all attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was great with many options. Our room was kept clean and tidy all the time. Fanny the manager and all the staff were very attentive and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, spacious room. Wonderfull breakfast. They made egg dishes and coffee to order from the kitchen. Worth every euro!

Breakfast was great and varied. The hotel was cozily nestled along a side street in the center of many walkable sites. While the humidity seemed to impact the ability to keep the bathroom completely spotless, the cleaning staff were very attentive daily. Most of all, the front desk staff took the time to help identify sites to see, restaurants to eat at, and places to avoid. In addition, they also went above and beyond by making sure we had good travel and stay accommodations after our departure and even put us in touch with local tour guides for our next stop in Agrigento. Recommended for any future travelers who may need English speaking accommodation!

This bed and breakfast is lovely once you walk in the front door. The staff could not have been nicer, the property and room was immaculate and breakfast was wonderful whether you enjoyed it in the dining room or outside on the terrace which was like an oasis. The area immediately outside the property is rundown and a bit dirty but that seems to be the case in alot of areas of Palermo. Once you get out and walk around you realize that the property is very centrally located and close to the heart of this city which has many faces . Overall it was wonderful and i would recommend it highly. Note if you are driving, paid parking is a few blocks away. Do not plan on street parking because of the markets.

Unique experience and old world feel. Very nice and helpful hosts. A good variety for breakfast including eggs made to order. Walkable and close to Massimo Theatre.

The property is beautiful and the friendly staff makes you feel at home. Our room was very spacious The location is great……it was easy to walk everywhere .

Great stay! Parking is a challenge but Fanny, the manager, helped us with parking, shipping our purchases and just everything you could imagine. The garden room was so nice and comfortable. It's a gorgeous place and so comforting. A++

We really enjoyed Sant'Agostino B&B! The accomodations were great and the garden is fabulous. Breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from and we appreciated the coffees that could be had any time of day. Fanny was just wonderful and helpful! We'd stay there again and will recommend it to friends.

This hotel is a gem. We rented a 2 bedroom suite. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. If you are looking for an authentic Palermo experience this hotel will not disappoint. There is also a mini mart across the street open until midnight.
