Property was enjoyable and quiet.

Room had damage on walls, extra door lock, and bathroom sink and tub did not drain properly(very slow).

Not impressed with hotel. They lock the mains doors at night which is fine but don’t bother to put up a sign that the bell isn’t working or instructions of how to get in so they leave you out in the cold freezing. I ran out to het my son’s medicine from the truck so didn’t take my phone or my truck keys. (Used keyless entery) so was left waiting until someone finally noticed. It was -39 last night with the wind chill you should be embarrassed ! Not impressed!! Incredibly dangerous!

I didn’t get to stay at the hotel due to a terrible snow storm and I also didn’t get my Money back from the room.

The staff was very gracious in allowing our family to use the breakfast area to gather.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the check-in was efficient and friendly. The breakfast was good (the pancake machine is fun to watch). My only complaints would be that some of the room furnishings are getting a bit shabby and should be replaced, and I didn't care for having identical mounted bottles for soap and hand lotion; it's too easy to accidently get the wrong one.

It was easy to get to and lots of parking. Great location with restaurants, grocery stores, a mall and gas stations not too far away. The water slide in the hotel was fun!
