Personnel très accueillant. Chambre (22) spacieuse et salle de bain lumineuse. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits dans le cadre d’un w.end en couple et nous recommanderons cet hôtel à notre entourage.

We had two rooms here, a family room with two adults and three small children, and two adults in a queen room. The queen room is in the main hotel whereas a family room is in an annex very close by. The family room is giant with a dining table for six, pullout sofa, and a kitchenette with refrigerator and hot plate and separate bedroom with king bed. There were free drinks (water, coke, beer) in the fridge. Overall, this was perfect for us with our six, three and one year-old. They provided a crib on request. My only concern is that the windows open very easily and there is no barrier to the outside. It is actually very dangerous to have toddlers in a room by themselves. We remedied this by splitting up and sleeping one adult in each room, not ideal. The location is amazing and we had no trouble with the noise but a little with the light in the living room, no blackout curtains and there is a lot of light from the galleries. I would give five stars if they had a railing in front of the windows and blackout curtains.

Really convenient location, close to all the major historical sites, shopping and Christmas Markets. Hotel has rooms in 2 sites. We were in room 202 which is in the Galleria St Hubert. Room is spacious and well appointed but unfortunately noisy due to shouting in the middle of the night (happened all 3 nights) and why I lowered the rating as otherwise was excellent.

Absolut bedste placering! Masser af omkringliggende små restauranter, samt gode muligheder for indkøb. Vær dog opmærksom på, at hotellet ikke er et moderne byggeri, men vil give et mere 'rustikt' indtryk. Personalet er imidlertid fantastisk søde og hjælpsomme, som sammen med beliggenheden giver et positivt indtryk.

Central location. The hotel is great, I was originally concerned about not having AC but the room was really cool every evening and nights. I would stay here again.

The hotel is very central, and in walking distance to the big severities in Brussels. At first glance the room and hotel looks stylish and sleek. However, there were several things that detracted from the experience. First, our room had a view into the Gallery, which was beautiful, but meant that we could hear everyone walking in the Gallery at night. A lot of people yelling and signing loudly until 5 in the morning, with no sound isolation. You could also hear people walking in the hallway at all times, and in the neighboring room. When our neighbours went to the bathroom at night, it sounded as if someone was inside our room. I have never experienced anything like this before. Secondly, the bathroom was not totally clean. There were coffee spills on the wall and the toilet was dirty when we got there. Thirdly, I found to big to nails in the sheets after room service had made our beds. It was not ours. Some kind workers in the reception, gave us earpods to try to sleep. Still, this hotel disappointed us in quality and cleanliness. Would not recommend spending your money on this hotel, when the standard is a lot higher in other hotels.

Ohygieniskt, toaletten var i ett eget rum utan handfat. Så du fick göra det du behövde, spola, gå ur rummet gå ut i hallen, 2 m åt sidan och in i själva badrummet där det fanns handfat, dusch och badkar - ohygieniskt. I övrigt slitet och lyhört. Väldigt bekväm säng. Men alldeles för dyrt utifrån vad som erbjöds

Location was great but alao was hard to get to.

7泊しましたが、とても快適でした。 スタッフさんが、どの方もフレンドリーで気持ちのいい対応でした。 トイレ内に手洗い設備が無く、いちいち洗面所に行くのは、ちょっとめんどうだったかな。 バスタブが有るので、湯船にゆっくり浸かって疲れがとれました。 大満足の滞在となりました。
