Nice easy stay and great location

Thoroughly unprofessional

Hotel was beautiful, keith greeted us with a smile and was so helpful with anything, nothing was too much. Unfortunately the night porter was the complete opposite, think he was called adrian. It was like we was an inconvenience, he was very abrupt with the breakfast, this was ordered when we arrived, so on our last day are flight was at 5.45am, so keith explained we can have some breakfast beforing leaving, such as tea coffee, toast, pastries etc. Which was lovely, not all hotels offer this. But adrian didnt seem too happy we came down.

Staff members of the hotel were very friendly especially one of the receptionist « Keith » very nice guy.Overall everything went well

Ocean view was nice and accessibility to beach; didn’t like the smell of hotel, too strong artificial cheap perfumes; also they charge for everything, safe lock, park, renting iron, water etc. breakfast was ok so we didn’t want to have 2nd day and they refused to give us refund saying it’s a package;

Everything was lovely apart from having to pay to use the safe.

Excellent location. Friendly, welcoming staff. Good all round facilities. Excellent breakfast. Had the buffet dinner on two evenings, good choice and standard of food and very good service.

Fire netters tur med kona og foreldre/svigerforeldre. Moderne hotell langs strandpromenaden. Fine rom og gode senger. Kjøleskap og badehåndklær på rommet Alle rom har sjøutsikt. Det er ikke lov med barn på hotellet, så gjestene har høy gjennomsnittsalder. Stort sett briter. Kort vei til alt. Mange fine restauranter i området. Lett å ta bussen inn til palma. Supert hotel.

The view and the breakfast not mention the Staff particularly Fidela, Jose and Asian receptionist,so sorry I forgot her name… so friendly

Hotel is excellent. The best part is it’s location on the beach. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and amenities. Rooms are modern and has a lot of storage space. The hotel mainly geared towards elderly guest. We were in minorities but we stayed out a lot of time. Staff at the reception are extremely helpful and pleasant. Hotel has bus stop less than a minute away and buses go to airport and other resorts nearby.
