The room was immaculate with plush luxury bedding and a very strong AC. I wasn’t able to figure out the speaker but that’s ok.

I absolutely love this hotel. They were so kind. The service was excellent. I had to extend my stay because I lost my passport and they were a God send. Caring and so helpful. I can't say enough good things! I love it. Excellent location. Great restaurant and things to do nearby.

Amazing property centrally located to everything in Zona Colonial!!

We only spent one night here before traveling to another part of the country, but it was a wonderful experience. The two adjoining rooms were beautiful and clean, the rooftop pool was beautiful, and the breakfast was really fabulous. I highly recommend staying here.

Love this place

Our one complaint about this lovely hotel was the impossible noise at night. The music from the rooftop bar kept us up and required visiting the front desk twice our first night to request they lower the music. Then a lobby argument so loud on our second night seemed headed towards violence. Otherwise, our rooms lived up to expectation as did the location in the colonial area.

The hotel and staff were excellent very friendly and helpful I did not enjoy the breakfast buffet the food was cold and flat (no flavor) they could do better with that other than that the dinner menu was excellent and I enjoyed my stay

In addition to all the basics, Billini counts with people like Claudia, who works at the small bar inside the hotel. Her genuine courtesy really makes a difference.

We have stayed here many times but the service this time was disspointing. We were short towels in the room when we arrived. Then after a few attempts we gave up trying to get face towels. We had to ask the cleaning woman for coffee pods because we didn't get them when they cleaned the room. We went for breakfast and were the only ones in the restaurant. We waited 40 minutes for our food and only after my wife went to check did they bring it our cold. Clearly they forgot about it. I love the hotel but this stay was disspointing.

Nos hospedamos solo una noche, pero en general nos gustó mucho la experiencia. Es un hotel pequeño, muy tranquilo y acogedor. Las habitaciones están limpias, cómodas y el baño tiene buenos detalles. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, todo fresco y el ambiente agradable. En el área del bar de la piscina el servicio fue un poco lento; pedimos una pizza y llegó fría. Tal vez porque no había muchos huéspedes esa noche. Sin embargo, el personal del área de recepción fue muy atento y amable al momento de registrarnos. En general, una estancia agradable
