Great place! Would stay again

Very unique hotel...more of a restaurant/bar with rooms :). Great location at the top end of the city core with the tram running out front and the train station minutes away. Walking to the beach is 20 minutes and you can experience most of the city along the way. We enjoyed the rooftop bar one night with great views of Nice and fun people watching. Didn't take advantage of dining options but lots of places to eat at, within 15 minute walking radius. Hotel only has 6 parking spots but staff steered us to a nearby underground garage that charged 69euro for 3 nights. Room was compact but efficient and had a beautiful window opening up to the main drag of Nice. Room was a bit musty smelling and the whole place could use new carpets but if your looking for a no frills and convenient stay in Nice, this is the place.

Gut gelegenes zentrales Hotel mit Anbindung an Metro und Bahn-Anbindung (Stadt-Bahnhof Nizza) zum Flughafen. Direkt an der Shopping-Meile gelegen mit guten Einkaufs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Altstadt in rund zwanzig Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Einzelzimmer sehr klein, Frühstück ausreichend mit aufmerksamer und netter Bedienung. Hotel ideal für ein Städte-Weekend.

Very close to the train station. Helpful and friendly staff. Location is excellent. Would stay here again.

Staff were great! Breakfast was basic but decent but the room was TINY. No seriously tiny… also next to lift. All the rooms numbered 1 are these ones on each floor… so 101,201 etc But basically a decent place.

Staff were great , room was very bright and clean . Breakfast was very good . Location was great also . Highly recommend reserving a parking space should you be driving there .

Rooftop bar is good but it’s overpriced

Ett bra hotell i ett bra läge. Två mindre bra faktorer var - sängen var väl kort även för mig som är 1,75. Men en större säng går nog inte in k rummet. - hissen rymde två personer och kunde bara användas av ett sällskap åt gången. Den är gammaldags programmerad och kan inte ta två order samtidigt.

På vores booking var der angivet gårdhave, denne fandt vi aldrig og rooftoppen som vi tænkte ville være hyggelig at opholde sig på åbnede først kl. 16, dvs. ingen udendørs områder at slappe af på hvilket var en af grundene til at vi valgte hotellet. Derudover er rooftoppen til fest, alt for høj musik til at man vil opholde sig der og høj musik/bas til kl. 00 fredag/lørdag som man tydeligt kunne høre på de såkaldte “lydisolerede” værelser, og derfor svært at sove hvis man vil tidligt i seng. Vi havde booket junior duplex som giver indtryk af seperat soveværelse. Det er der dog ikke og sengene ovenpå er blot på en hems, så man alle er i samme rum. Mærkeligt at der ikke er shower gel, balsam og elkedel. Rent, nyt og god beliggenhed. Vi så en rotte i restauranten.

OK though it emphasized English breakfasts over French, eg lots of bacon, eggs sausages, Patisseries were too sweet. Crossants not very crisp.

The room is alright, however when I arrived there’s no hot water in the bathroom so my family didn’t take shower for the whole day whole night. It’s a pretty bad experience as it seems the staff isn’t surprised about the hot water issue and they said this cannot be fixed immediately. I was trying to ask for compensation but the only thing they can give is either a soft drink or brekkie which I don’t need all of them. The hair dryer in my room is also broken (when I was drying my hair after the hot water was back and I took a shower, it suddenly stopped and looks like it’s gonna burst as it has spark/flash inside of the hair dryer). Anyway I would say the equipment seems very old in this hotel. Also the noise cancelling is very bad, you can hear your neighbour’s sound when they are in corridor, I wouldn’t recommend here if you are looking for a quiet place to stay. The bed is comfortable and the lady in the reception is friendly btw. Other than that, no compliments for this hotel.

Hôtel proche de la gare dans un quartier propre, le personnel est très aimable, le petit déjeuner est très correcte, je le recommande.

Frukosten var fantastisk! Rummet var lite slitet men rent. Lyhört ut till korridoren och takbaren.
