I am giving the place a total of 2 star. The reason for 2 star is because 1) Friendly staff 2) Free parking 3) Close to Airport. The property did not meet my expectations because of multiple reasons. 1) Room was not clean, cobwebs everywhere including the inbuilt radio which was next to the bed. 2) Room was smelling of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room 3) Damp smell 4) Mattress was horrible, it was hard and in the middle of the bed was pressed down. Believe the springs are worn out. Had back pain. 5) Pillows were flat. 6) Couldn’t sleep at night because of the mattress, pillow and the smell. I feel I wasted my money staying here. Luckily I was in the property for 1 night. I have taken pictures and video.

3 star hotel with 5 star service. Though I had a problem with my room, they upgraded me for free. Strong and decent WiFi. Ample parking. No comments on the bar or restaurant as I didn't use either, but they both looked really good on my way past. Room was a little bit dated, but the bed was comfortable and noise levels minimal. Would definitely stay here again. Very convenient location as well.

Brilliant value for money

Staff were brilliant. Hotel was spotless, Room and bathroom, very clean. Buffet breakfast, cooked and continental was superb, and was constantly being topped up. Free parking was a bonus. Would definitely stay again

Hotel is nice, rooms are a bit dated but lovely and clean which is what is most important for me. I stayed on my own in a single room for training course nearby so didn’t eat at the hotel but the breakfast did smell amazing. The single room was decent size with single bed, wardrobe, set of drawers and a dressing table with mirror and a kettle with tea, coffee and sugar and I was left a nice pack of 2 chocolate cookies (thank you for that little gesture) then a table with the tv on it. A door that leads to the bathroom that was nice and clean, basic shower (runs off the bath taps) there was a fan and hairdryer inside the wardrobe too. Decent size carpark, Overall a lovely stay, would definitely stay again if I was to come back for more training courses.

Room was clean but smelt like a retirment home. No restaurant. Bar fridge sounded like a generator so loud couldnt sit in bar. Whole hotel needs a lot of TLC. Breakfast was edible. Wont be staying again.

We had an amazing stay, great parking, very clean and tidy hotel and rooms, nice breakfast and lovely staff. This was our 2nd time of staying and we will definitely stay again.

It was fine really but it needs a little talc. Looking from the outside it looks like they are doing some work to improve the place.

Wasn’t the best stay.. There was dirty marks near on the wall near the top.. The bed so so uncomfortable, both of us woke up with the worst backache.. Need blackout curtains as all night we was constantly woken up by blue flashing lights (and sirens but not anything they can do about the noise).. at least once an hour if not more.. Breakfast was very good.. We just needed somewhere is stay the night because of travel that we was doing and it did what we needed it to do. However if I was going away and looking for somewhere to stay this wouldn’t be the place I would choose.

Camera spaziosa con bagno privato. Letto comodo, acqua calda perfettamente funzionante.Bollitore con caffe solubile, the, latte in omaggio tutto perfettamente pulito!

I booked the room months in advance. About 1-2 weeks beore my arrival I got a generic email saying there would be noise from events during my stay. I expected a reasonable distant level of noise. What I got on the Saturday evening was a very loud singer and music in a stage area directly beneath my room. The floor was vibrating! I asked to move, but was told there were no more rooms. Having had a long journey to the hotel, I was not impressed.This loudness went on for hours until midnight. On the Sunday evening there was a wedding disco also directly beneath my room which was also loud. The hotel should not have let out the room. It was an experience I never wish to repeat! NEVER AGAIN!

外装は改装中。エレベーターはない。部屋は清潔に整えられている。シャワーの出し方が、壁の張り紙を見ても理解できなかった。朝食はフレッシュでとても美味しかった。荷物も預かってもらえたし、スタッフの対応には大変満足。
