2 de las 3 albercas estaban sucias, el personal del restaurante es muy lento. Fuera de eso me pareció bien el lugar, esta muy bonito.

Bien en general. Limpieza, calma y seguridad. Faltan amenidades y mejorar el restaurante.

There is no place like the Santa Maria. The history is very impactful and the ground are gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hike up to the basaltico in the evening was stunning. We started mid-werk in February and things were pretty quiet. The food in the restaurant was pretty good, but not great. The guac was the highlight. The hamburger was a strange interpretation of a burger. We stayed in the newer rooms and it was quiet and clean. The wifi actually worked better than expected. We watched the Mask of Zorro that night so we could see the property in the movies. Although they added extra blankets to the bed, there was no heat and it was a little cold in our room. My only suggestion would be to add portable space heaters to the rooms for the off season.

En general la estancia fue excelente, la habitación confortable y limpia, el personal siempre muy amable y en general la hacienda muy linda muchos lugares para explorar, los platillos del restaurante bien servidos y deliciosos

Das Zimmer war makellos. Sehr geräumig, das Bett groß und eine gute Matratze. Das Bad sauber mit heißem Wasser. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit nettem Personal, auch das Personal rund um die Anlage war aufmerksam. Der eine Stern Abzug ist für die Rezeptionistin. Wir kamen schon um 12 Uhr, scheinbar die einzigen Gäste und durften trotzdem erst um 15 Uhr das Zimmer beziehen. Die Hacienda hat zum Glück viel zu bieten, so dass wir die Zeit herumspaziert sind und die riesige, abenteuerliche Anlage aus dem 18Jhr erkundet haben.

Habitación limpia y ordenada pero no nos gustó la 217 Personal súper amable y atento Desayuno no incluía pero si comimos ahí todo bien Bar no consumimos

La habitación estaba bien pero el agua del lavabo y la regadera tenian color y no olia bien. Por otro lado. La comida del restaurante es muy rica pero el servicio es pesimo. Las meseras no estan atentas y no dan buena atención. Deberian de tener servicio exclusivo para el personal que decide hospedarse en la hacienda. Ya que el servicio no es bueno para los huespedes ya que dan prioridad (o por lo menos trato indifetente al personal que solo va a comer) eso no me agradó. Considero que resta al lugar el hevhonque permitan que la gente entre a la gacienda con cerveza en mano. Es desagradable para quienes buscamos ir un fin de semana a relajarnos a ese lugar y ver hente alcolizada paseandose con cerveza en mano. Deberia. De restringir la entrada con bebidas alcohólicas o bien, designar una área para ello.

The place is absolutely beautiful. I read the description and so I made the reservation. Once I made it, they sent out a notification that the hotel is not accessible for people with limited mobility. It also said there’s no WiFi and TV with the argument that they promote rest. Well, that’s a good idea but I felt they imposed that. I needed to catch up with work but I couldn’t do anything since the place is remote and my data didn’t even work. It’s expensive and it not worth the money. I will never be back in this hotel even though the staff were kind and help me with my mom and her limited mobility.

Es un lugar hermoso y vale la pena explorar cada rincón si se hospedan en la Hacienda.

No hubo desayuno gratuito, pero el menú es variado y rico
