Great staff, nice rooms, clean and quiet. Not close to centro and parking near the center of Ancona is much like anywhere in Italy - awful. So take a cab into town definitely too far to walk. Breakfast in hotel is best we have had in Italy in 3 weeks, bravo!!

Always excellent. Staff are wonderful and authentically kind and helpful. Spa perfection in stress management! Area steeped in history. We love it here and have been returning for years. Highly recommended.

The staff we friendly and efficient. The hotel is very comfortable with large rooms and a wonderful buffet breakfast. The AC in the rooms is limited to 21 degrees (it never managed under 23!) which is annoying. Its not cool enough in the hot weather. Hotel was great for a passing through stop over but a car is definately required here.

Not worth the price, the relation with the quality is very low, we booked the suite and it was a big disappointment. The cleanliness very low the bathtub with a joke pressure so we could not use it because after it was never filled and the water was already cold. The breakfast was bad.

Very tastefully decorated hotel…staff very friendly and accommodating…we will definitely come back…😀😀😀

Schöne große Zimmer, hervorragendes Frühstück

Esperienza stupenda, con personale gentilissimo e camere stupende (la mia era vista mare). I servizi che offrono sono eccezionali, dalla colazione alla SPA. Unica pecca è la lontanaza dal centro città (10/15 minuti in macchina), ma essendoci andato per lavoro, non mi ha pesato minimamente.

The hotel itself is nice. The location is quiet hopeless without a car. I asked the guy in the reception for ideas for what to see and where to go, he had no suggestions! Later I asked a woman and she recommended Senigallia. There is nothing in the area, so I would rent a car if I dared to drive in Italy.
