Es como un hostel, no siento que sea un hotel. No hay ducha en el cuarto tienes que compartir la ducha e inodoros. Hay un espejo y lavabo dentro en la habitación que me tocó . Está a media cuadra de la estación de tren así que realmente lo que recomendaría para estadías de una noche nada más.

A relaxed place to stay. Very convenient. Close to train station,shops and walking distance to the beach. Staff were all friendly. Will stay again next time we come to Nice.

Good location - very close to the railway station and the beach (wallking distance); some grocery stores and cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel is old and outdated - everything is mismatched - I don't think it has ever been renovated. Our room was on the main floor close to the entrance.The room smelled moldy and stuffy. The plumbing is really poor, and the bathroom always smelled bad. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling.The sound isolation is non-existent - it was so noisy with people coming and going constantly it was hard to sleep. This space should not be used as a room. The rooms on the other floors might be better, but this room on the main floor was terrible.

Overall was a great stay, we stayed for 5 nights and everything was perfect. Wifi wasn’t great but other than that everything was perfect. Staff were very lovely and everything was easily accessible. Rooms were also cleaned and maintained each day!!

Chambre rudimentaire (normal pour 2 étoiles) les draps sentaient mauvais , toute la chambre sentait mauvais et la moquette est a changer. Points positifs bien placé, la petite court est agréable le personnel aussi.

The staff was very helpful but had only 1 person making and serving breakfast. They took way too long so we missed what we had paid for. Very very noisy inside the hotel. No sound proofing. You could hear every door open and close and all conversations in the hallway even after the 10 pm quiet time.

Location is super excellent. Very basic room, enfasis on basic. No place to hang clothes other than a bag carrier. If looking fir any kind of luxury or amenities in the room, remember: LOCATION!

Quiet and quaint building with huge windows and shutters was adequate. The online photos show the best aspects, but overall the stay was just adequate. The walk to old town or the beach in 15minutes was the highlight. Staff was pleasant and welcoming but refused to call a taxi or uber for us when we were having issues with transportation. The room itself was nothing special, and the shower was lousy with cracked tiles and no shower head, just a small hand held wand that was not so easy to manage while shampooing. Towels were old, stained, and stiff. Minimal shampoo and soap was provided. We stayed for a week and the room was only tidied up once. Twice the trash had been emptied, which seemed barely enough, They also had a policy of keeping everyone's room key in a public self-service,.key organizer, which seemed sketchy. They did have a community kitchen and dining room that was unremarkable and closed from 10pm to 8am daily. We thought about cancelling after the first night, but there was a strict no refund policy, so we opted to make the best of it.

Ville have givet dette ok hotel en god anmeldelse, men den fik rengøringsdamen ødelagt, da hun kom 40 minutter før check ud og bankede på vores dør gentagende gange og råbte vi skulle ud. Manden i receptionen var super flink da vi ankom. Selve hotellets beliggenhed er også super fin

Room – The room was quite small and dated. The carpet was very old, and the bathroom, particularly the shower, was extremely small (approximately 2x2 ft) and in need of a full renovation. The design made it difficult to contain water, which may have contributed to an unpleasant odor. Despite these drawbacks, the bed itself was comfortable. Service – The staff were excellent. They were welcoming, helpful, and even allowed us to store our luggage at no charge, which was greatly appreciated. Hotel – From the outside, the property is charming, with a pleasant courtyard in the front. There is also a shared kitchen area with a fridge and microwave available for guest use, which is a nice convenience. Location – The location is outstanding. It is within easy walking distance of both the train station and the beach, with a streetcar connection to the airport just minutes away. We were able to walk from the streetcar stop to the hotel in about five minutes, even with luggage. There are also electric bike rentals nearby, which makes exploring the area very convenient. Overall – This hotel has great potential. With some investment in updates—such as removing the carpets, installing vinyl or tile flooring, and fully renovating the bathrooms with a more open design and modern glass-enclosed showers—it could be an excellent place to stay and one I would gladly return to in the future if rooms were updated.

Good location - right near main train station. Supermarkets nearby. Beach is 15 minutes away. Personal was great and helpful. Rooms and hotel a bit old and not super clean, but reasonable prices.

It is offers dorm style accommodation. I was expecting hotel style accommodation.

Das Personal war immer hilfreich und nett. Das Mobiliar ist ein wenig alt aber für den Preis total in Ordnung und auf jeden Fall sauber!

Vores oplevelse var at vi absolut ikke fik det der var beskrevet da vi bookede. Service var der intet af. På det fælles badeværelse, var der indelukket, fliser i brusenichen manglede og der lugtede af mug. Receptionistens svar til dette var at vi jo kunne åbne vinduet. I forhold til parkering blev vi opkrævet mere end vi først var oplyst, og måtte parkere lige op ad skraldespandene, hvilket gjorde at der blev slæbt skrald op ad vores bil og gav ridser.

The hotel is near the train station and easy to reach the promenade. What I didn’t like was the furniture and the carpet on the floor.

Vi hade en toppenvistelse här! Hotellet ligger extremt nära tågstationen vilket var skönt för oss som backpackade, det gjorde även det väldigt enkelt att uppleva alla de andra franska städerna i närområdet med tåget. Väldigt charmiga rum och innegård men ganska simpelt inredda och skicket likaså. Men inget som påverkar en överhuvudtaget! Det fanns en gemensam kyl och lite tallrikar samt bestick vilket underlättar om man vill leva lite billigare! Vi lämnade också in våran tvätt som de tvätta och vek så fint för endast 12€! Väldigt gulliga och hjälpsam personal! För detta priset är det ett riktigt kap, rekommenderar starkt!

Well. What a surprise I got from this low star/budget quiant Hotel. It may not be a 5 star Hotel but the staff and their professional and attentive dedication was definitely 5 star service. Clean comfortable rooms. Close to all amenities and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel. It made me feel like I was staying in someones Family House than a Hotel with Robots.
