Room was spotless. Excellent location in the old town. The hotel is rather basic, but clean and comfortable rooms. Very limited social/public areas. This is not a large international hotel, but is perfect for anyone that wants to spend time in Bilbao rather than a hotel room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This is nestled in the old town and it’s very beautiful. You are right near a cathedral and it was visible from our room. Very walkable and there are delicious food options in the neighbourhood. Then best bocadillos/sandwich is right across the street. The bread, ham and cheese were the perfect blend and so fresh. It is called Viandas.

Great location in the city center. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Parking was about a 10 minute walk away. The front desk staff were very helpful.

In der Altstadt Bilbaos gelegen, gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und einfach - alles, was wir brauchten für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Auch Ventilatoren waren in der Decke und im Schrank vorhanden.

Flott beliggenhet i Gamlebyen 👍Hotellrommet var rent, men trangt, spesielt ved senga! Ikke aircondition - ble varmt! Hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen ! Gangen inn til rommet var kronglete og ingen tegn til nødutgang!

Excelente ubicación y servicio pero mucho calor en la habitación 4to Piso.

The receptionist was really helpful during check in and gave us a number of recommendations for food and drink. Brilliant location for exploring Bilbao, lots of bars and shops nearby and a short walk to the river. No air con but fans provided in the room and they were more than adequate. Would recommend.

Excelente ubicación, en el Casco Viejo. Dan precio preferencial en estacionamientos que están aproximadamente a 500 metros. Sólo sugeriría que fuesen más claros con las instrucciones para estacionar y llegar. Las instalaciones son adecuadas
