Most of the staffs were very nice, however, one of the staff at breakfast was extremely rude, making comments such as “mama mia!”every time I went to get my food. Besides that unpleasant experience, everyone else were very nice. The other breakfast lady , for the other mornings, was so very nice and sweet! The place was conveniently located, and can get to places with ease.

Great location, friendly staff. A special shout out for the lovely lady in the breakfast room who surprised me on my birthday… such a thoughtful and kind gesture which was appreciated!

Bra hotell nära centrum. Lungt och tyst, sköna sängar och bra tryck i duschen. Bra frukost!

Die U-Bahn ist schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine gute Auswahl.

Ben tek başıma bir iş toplantısı için gittim viyanaya otelin konumu çok kötü. Merkez olarak belirtiyorlar fakat giriş yerine taksi bile giremiyor o derece kuytu. Çalışanlarıda gözüm tutmadı hoşlanmadım.

This hotel is well located, that is basically what you pay for; other than that, I would pick another place. The pillows and bed sheets had a horrible smell, I had to use my towel as a blanket.

Jugendherberge statt Boutique Hotel und das für 200 Euro: Abgewohnt, ranziger Teppich, Toilette stinkt, kein Wasserdruck in der Dusche, Heizung funktioniert kaum.

- 직원들이 모두 친절합니다. 식당과 청소하시는 아주머니까지도.. - 조식도 좋습니다. 늦은 시간까지 카페로 사용할 수 있어 커피나 차를 마실 수 있음. - 객실 청소, 빨리해주는 것도 장점. - 특히 교통편이 아주 좋음. 중심지와 가깝고 여러 대중교통이 가까이 있어 근교 여행도 용이함. 공항버스도 인근에 있음. - 단점은 1인실이라 그런지 객실이 좁음. 장기여행이라 대형캐리어 2개인데 이들을 두고도 지낼만은 함. - 첫 느낌보다 지낼수록 괜찮아 3일 더 연장 예약함 - 가격 대비 좋다고 생각함.

Chose for the location to the metro. Was also very easy to walk to the libations I was interested in seeing. Breakfast was very good and liked the availablity of coffee and tea. The staff were great and I appreciated the treat I received upon departure.

No counter space was difficult and the carpet was a little stained. The staff always seemed surprised to be communicated with which makes me believe they’re not used to talking. The hotel entrance is in an alley and it can feel scary at night, especially since I didn’t see any signage. Other than that, the location was fine. You’ll have to walk a couple minutes to feel like you’re in a good area. They don’t include a bed sheet which was strange. The room was very hot despite me having the AC on the lowest setting.

Muy buena localización cerca de los principales atractivos turísticos y cerca de estación de metro. Tranquilo, acogedor, muy buen desayuno. El wifi no funcionaba en la 1a planta.

Nice quiet boutique hotel in a great location for exploring Vienna. Can walk to most of the attractions and there are numerous restaurants within a few minutes. Also next to tram and subway.

Sooo expensive for at best a 3 or even 2 star hotel, despite the good location. Very poor choice of breakfast, inconsistent air conditioning, ageing furniture, small towels.
