The check in was smooth and the gentleman friendly. We had a problem with our room key not working on the doors, when we tried to call the front desk, the phone wouldn’t connect to the front desk. There were no hand towels in the room. When my wife walked down to the desk to ask about those items, the gentleman told her she must be using the key and the phone incorrect. This was a little embarrassing as there were several other guests in the lobby. Other than that , the room was fine. I’d recommend going to Presque Isle State Park for amazing sunsets. It’s about a 15 minute drive.

The hotel is very nice and the staff was helpful. I had a problem with the height of the bed as it was very high. Breakfast was skimpy. The bathtub needs hand rails as it is very small space.

Easy off the highway

Our bathroom sink was unable to drain any water while brushing teeth. Awful! Water would flow into overflow. Breakfast was cold. Cold eggs, cold coffee, cold potatoes. Rooms and facility looked clean.

Nice stay

It could've been much cleaner. Wash cloths and towels had stains. Room smelled and felt moist. Sink did not drain properly. Staff was friendly and hotel was safe and quiet.

This was an average stay. Pre-paid check in made for a very easy arrival. Just needed the key and the man at the desk was sweet. The room was clean but the carpet didn’t look to have been swept,(not a big deal). The bathroom was very clean but the sink was outside of the bathroom making it impossible for anyone traveling with you to sleep in if you were the first person to get ready for the day. We were very much looking forward to breakfast the next morning, when we arrived at 8 AM there were no napkins, no silverware, the eggs were empty, and there was nobody in sight to replenish the area. In their defense, it was very, very busy. Unfortunately, the poor service at the breakfast was a big deal to us, because we were looking forward to it so we left and went to Perkins.

Was great except no AC the second night and was told couldn’t receive a discount because booked through a 3rd party. Might think about staying elsewhere next time. We always stay here

Very short staffed. Didn’t like the fact it says check in at 3pm we had to wait till 4:00pm because room wasn’t ready even though it should have been.. got handicap room for my mom and the brackets on grab bars in shower were broke. We only had one set of towels for one person. Had to go down and get more.. they didn’t have much to choose from for drinks in lobby so had to walk across the street to get sodas.

Toilet ran all night. Not enough towels.

Room was dirty. Air condition was filthy.

We have stayed at this property many times the only thing that was a little frustrating this time was we went down for breakfast at 9 o’clock and there was like nothing left. It’s like it hadn’t been stocked and people kept coming down and there just wasn’t much for them to have

I liked the location to attend the casino. Bathroom tub had hair in it and on wall. Breakfast needs to be updated not tasty at all had to eat at the casino. Beds were comfortably. But overall our stay was good.

Bad start with room wasn’t ready. Quite a few guests had to wait for the staff to ready their rooms. Hotel in general needs a facelift. Attention to detail is needed. Shower head had black mold on it. Shower curtain base was discolored and moldy. There was deterioration and rust where the wall met the tub. Lights over the sink were not the same color temperature and one was blown. There was an obvious stain on the bed linens. Housekeeping staff was asking when we were departing, well before checkout. There were no usb outlets. I would most likely try another option next visit to Erie.
