Far exceeded our expectations. Magic little spot in the midlands. Perfect for families

Started off as a stress as our booking was not what we booked ,Luckily few days before we got confirmation our booking was sorted and we getting what we booked . Please make sure you phone resort in advance so as not to have issues with your booking and all is in place for your specific booking . When we got to resort it was rather late we were given keys from the guard on duty to out chalet . Amazing ,neat ,clean absolutely comfortable accommodation with our own private rock pool . All we needed and more . Samke the receptionist was so welcoming to us and our needs . She was ever ready to help us . Also Gugu we only saw her the day we left . And our service maid who cleaned for us while we were there . Rita she was so friendly and sorted out the cleaning service exceptionally for our chalet . All the staff we met we very friendly and helpful . Such a beautiful location for family time and relaxation . Theres a jungle gym ,put put ,mountain bikes to hire to keep the while family entertained . They have 2 beautiful dams and canoes you can use . Experience very beautiful and we had a wonderful time . Loved every second of the holiday . Had the best chalet To have your own private rock pool was such a bonus with kids .

Beautiful surroundings. Excellent finishes. Missed restaurant facilities should you not want to cook.

Best spot weve ever stayed at. The little touches and attention to detail were outstanding. We didnt need for anything. The entire property was immaculately maintained. We were looking for peace and quiet and a place to recharge our batteries. Whispering Waters exceeded all our expectations. We will definately be back.

Arrived too late to experience all they had to offer. But accommodations were gorgeous.

We had a lovely stay at Whispering Waters. Our room was a lovely big room, really comfy bed, super clean and cozy.

Amazing place! Beautiful! The cottage is clean, comfortable and so many extras such as a Nespresso machine, child friendly, set dining table, and free use of the row boats on the dam! Will be back very soon!

We had a lovely weekend stay. The place was scenic and relaxing and the accommodation comfortable. Thanks Debbie for the making it extra special.

My biggest problem was that I had organized to get our room by 14h00. We arrived at about 12H45 and sat in our car until 14h00 when I had to phone Debbie as the reception office was closed the whole time. She told us that her receptionist went on a quick lunch (75 minutes) and she would send her down to help us. She got there about 14h12. We had to change in our car as we were on our way to a wedding, that was why I asked to book in early. As soon as I signed in we left for the wedding and got there late. When we got back to our room after the wedding we were happy with the room. The next morning we had to leave by 08h00 and of course the reception was closed so we just left the key on the door handle as they do not have a box to put the key in. Their board states that their opening time is from 09h00 until 16h30 on Saturday and Sunday. There is nothing about closed for lunch.

What a gem of a place. Thank you Debbie for going all out and making our 5 year anniversary truly amazing. I cannot fault this place. Exactly what you see in the pictures

Excellent and comfortable. A recommended getaway from city life

Beautiful place but stop at shops before checking in as there's nothing for sale at the resort. Check in wasn't 4 star. We were given wrong key to a unmade room and set off the alarm. Then our room smelled like fireplace smoke and no fan or aircon to get rid of it. So didn't sleep well but a beautiful farm and room. Pay the extra to get the dam view units.

the self catering cottage was 5 star luxury. even better than the photos on the website! It is beautifully decorated and all appliances/furnishings are of the highest standard. Just the cows on the 1st night were a bit close and noisy for our liking but the following night we didn't even hear them. Debbie the manager went out of her way to assist us with any requests we had and info we needed. We loved staying at whispering waters and will definitely be back soon. we highly recommend a visit, just book in advance as it often is full! the kids will love the outdoors, fresh air and loads of activities to do from fishing, canoeing, swimming, mini golf, giant chess set, large gardens and jumgle gyms.

Altogether a wonderful stay. Clean, large rooms and plenty to do on the estate and the surrounding areas. Highly recommended

Prachtig groot appartement met veranda en schitterend uitzicht. Helaas wel erg koud. Er is vloerverwarming maar alleen in de slaapkamers. De vloerverwarming kwam heel langzaam om gang en het lukte niet om het huisje goed te verwarmen. De boiler lekte, de keukenvloer stond onder water. Duurde erg lang voordat dat verholpen werd. Niet erg vriendelijke service. Wel heerlijke bedden en prachtige badkamers, en een open haard met een mand met hout die we natuurlijk helemaal hebben opgestookt...

We had an amazing long weekend at Whispering Waters. The resort is very well run, quiet and beautiful. The units are very comfortable and have great added features such as underfloor heating etc.

Beautiful setting and very luxurious furniture and appliences. Friendly staff. I was not aware that our unit did not have a view over the water, but the stay was lovely nonetheless. There was no one at reception at check-in and check-out though, but once we got hold of management, the service was great!

Beautiful pastoral setting. Very clean and modern -- e.g., heated floors in BR + bath. Wifi issues -- as in none -- although it was advertised. Requested extra firewood not delivered.
