Food was not great, no taste. Overall good hotel. Service Not suitable for the price.

The service desk staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The rooms are spacious and clean. There are a lot of exposed wires for the TV and cable. The balcony was a bonus but the view was not so great. There was a huge wildfire somewhere so there was a constant haze during the whole trip. They have a travel agent downstairs, but after my experience of booking a paragliding experience only to have them try and raise the price on me once I arrived, I gave up on experiencing the local activities and just used the time to relax. It's about a five-minute walk to the lake and there are shops all along the street for about 2 km in either direction. Breakfast was very basic though you need to get down early because they do tend to run out of things. Meat is served occasionally and the variety of food is limited. You can get enough to eat, but it is not going to "fill you up" in any sense of the term. There is a bare rooftop with a view of the surrounding buildings and mountains but the haze obscured most of it. The guys at the desk were nice enough. I forgot to return my key when I checked out though. I found it in my pocket when I got to the airport.

ネパールの最終日に利用しました。清潔でサービスも良く文句ありません。予約情報が正しく伝わっていなかっため、チェックインに20分ほど時間がかかりましたが、部屋のアップグレードをしてもらえました。

In the center of lakeside, 2minute walk to the main street and the lake with all the shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bottled water in the room and replaced on request. Room cleaning available daily if you want. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They arranged our taxi to chitwan for us. Breakfast was basic but a good start to the day. We loved pokhara and would definitely stay at the crystal Palace again and recommend to others

Old facilities without elevator. Poor breakfast serviced, but much other options near by.

ホテルの立地、設備には満足。従業員の対応も良かった。リセットしたタブレットのSIMカード再設定で大変お世話になった。 翌日の観光タクシーを予約し支払った数時間後、翌翌日の観光タクシーも予約したら、前日の分も請求された。同一人。受領書を貰っていたのでツッパネタ。 一般常識だが、支払ったら受領書は必ずその場で貰う事。

Nice guy who helped make stay pleasant

マウンテンビューの部屋で、２方向が窓、そのうち１方向にはベランダがありました。開放感のある明るい部屋でくつろぐことができました。 ホテルの人たちも親しみやすく、安心して過ごすことができました。たくさんあるホテルの中で選択に迷いましたが、泊まってよかったです。

Great hotel with amazing staff who did everything to provide us with the best service and make our stay enjoyable. They gave us all the advice we needed to plan our trips to discover the beautiful nature in the region. Highly recommended for a very agreeable stay in Pokhara.

a great value hotel conveniently situated close to bars ,restaurants and shops and only a stones throw from the lake and the possibility of boat hire and a romantic paddle.staff absolutely tip top ,friendly and obliging and i would thoroughly recommend this establishment to anybody

Good hotel, not very good, but I think it is the best hotel in Pokahra.

from the moment that you arrive at the hotel, you know that you are going to enjoy your stay there, the staff are excellent always there to help you in anyway they to make sure your stay there is the best plenty of choice of food eat there, the masala tea a must, i had a good view of stupa temple from the balcony of my room, they arranged my trips to suit my needs nothing was to much trouble for them, definitely stay again on my next visit.

Very nice staff awesome place I've been traveling Asia for 3 months and this is a 4 star hotel back in Canada or USA clean we'll run and stayed 3 days and extended it another 2 the town is a bit slow but plenty of activities the hotel can take care of it all

マネージャーはオプショナルツアー勧誘熱心ですが、親切です。 何処に行くにも近くて便利。 冷蔵庫はありません。 エレベーターなく上階は大変ですがトレッキングの準備になる。 朝食はプアなので近所のカフェ、食堂がおすすめ。
