The location is incredibly convenient. It’s close to all the bars and restaurants in the area, but far enough away that you won’t be disturbed by the noise. Itzel was incredibly helpful with her recommendations. She always gave the right suggestions for places to visit and things to do. Thanks a lot!

No hicimos uso del gimnasio . Las opciones eran muy buenas. La gente q atiende el hotel fueron muy amables , sin duda lo recomendarìa!

A free second cup of coffee would be nice at breakfast and not to have to pay for ice. Other than this we will go back!!!

The hot tub on the roof is wonderful with great views. And so many cool restaurants & bars near by! Having a cafe on-site where you can get "emergency" coffee/beer/breakfast was also convenient. Everything was comfortable & worked (e.g. AC, toilet, ceiling fan, wifi...).

Great view of the city, private, relaxing. Easy access to Centro, just a few blocks away. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating.

Parking is severely reduced. You are better off parking on the street. Hotel room conditions are poor and dated. Staff are friendly and inviting. Hotel distance to downtown averages to 6 minutes walking. WiFi is available. Raices restaurant is yummy and staff are inviting.
