An exposed plug that looked really sketchy was used for the ac, it looked like a real fire hazard, breakfast was good, the shower had no pressure, I couldn’t have washed my hair at all, and the room was fine, but really dusty, the wall lights looked like they had never been cleaned

The hallways are very noisy.

Room needed better attention on ensuring everything works well. Shower water pressure way to low

This is our second visit to La Quinta on our return trip through Mobile. Excellent choice of hotel, good location, excellent service and quick shopping for our continued trip. Recommend this hotel for other travelers or visitors.👍

Easy access from the interstate. Nice breakfast. Since I had used the pre check in service for LaQuinta, I had zero wait time at arrival.

GPS sent me to an incorrect address. Apparently the address was where a LaQuinta was before becoming a dock in downtown Mobile. Very frustrating.

First room was dirty and did not have shades in the windows second room was a bit dirty and smelled like old carpets

This place is ran down and dirty. My bed had public hair, makeup stains, and lint balls. The chair was broken, the carpet was damp. There was a roach in the hallway. I was moved to a new room. The phone didn’t work, the shower was dirty, there was pubic hair, footprints and pink stuff in the shower, the fixtures were greasy and dusty, the iron was missing. The only positive is the staff. Gabby was patient and understanding, the manager tried his best to rectify the situation. Housekeeping need to be quality checked for a while. That’s nasty and not okay to not clean the rooms.

Room and hallways were dirty. The room smelled musty and the floors felt super sticky. Staff was super friendly it I will definitely not book at this location again

This hotel seemed to be in a very unsafe location with “no trespassing” signs posted all over the property as well as several homeless people around the property. Elevator was very loud and shaky and the elevator certificate of operation was expired. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Modern & clean. I asked for extra towels and the desk clerk said I had to bring back the towels we had before we could get more towels. .get more.mo

The parking could be ALOT better, definitely needs to increase in size, the hotel was really nice, the breakfast was really good, the staff was super sweet and oh so accommodating

Night clerk was very arrogant

The carpet in the room had major tears in it and the walls were very dirty. The room had an odd smell. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. Staff were kind and nice. I have stayed in nany La Quinta hotels and this one was the wprse overall by far.
