Bathroom broken and had bad odors, floor dirty I was so disappointed.

Billed a 5 star but it's a 3 star at best. Needs a good clean and overdue repairs. First room on check in had a death rattle in the aircon, the second room I was shifted to had no study desk and flooded in heavy rain. Bonus though had a balcony. It was disappointing that charges like the city tax and the laundry were in USD not peso. Location is good, close to restaurants, shopping mall and a 15 minute walk to the Rambala

Quarto precisa ser revitalizado. Cheiro ruim no banheiro vindo do ralo, travesseiro e edredon velhos.

O hotel não é ruim, mas poderia ser bem melhor. O banheiro precisa de manutenção, chuveiro molha o banheiro todo. Colchão não é dos melhores. Café da manhã é ok, porém o espaço é meio bagunçado.

Somente uma solicitação que o café da manhã seja melhorado.

The room was neglected. Shower was not cleaned for 5 days even after multiple requests. Chambermaids only make up bed and take towels. Towels not replaced unless requested. No ice available in hotel- not even in restaurant. Hallways were swept but never washed. Pool was not cleaned-slippery steps and sand. 4 chairs- 3 unusable- broken - at pool. Location is far from any tourist interests. Staff pleasant but unaccomodating. Plenty of better choices for the money.
