Not what we expected. We book our last night in Italy at this hotel as it was an hour or so from the airport and it was supposed to have a nice pool in a small town. Pool was not available, services were not explained, very poor customer service everywhere.

Ci siamo fermati per fare una tappa durante un viaggio e siamo arrivati di notte. A due passi dal casello. Personale gentilissimo, camera pulita e silenziosa. Colazione con torte sicuramente preparate da loro. Ampio parcheggio. Non si può chiedere di meglio.

Pretty hotel. conveniently situated near the high way. Clean, cute and nice. Breakfast was fine. Pool was closed in the date I stayed. Staff was cooperative. I loved the style and decor.

Be extremely careful here!! They attempted to scam me as I left by overcharging me, my view is the guy was attempting to over charge me and steal the difference out of the till. It was only due to my insistence and loud voice that a manager came over and thankfully picked up on his behaviour. I would never stay here again if this guy still works there, despite the place being nice overall.

Hotel grande che dispone di parcheggio e ristorante. Camere ok; al ristorante servizio un po lento; colazione nella media.

Le camere sono confortevole e pulite il personale amichevole

Buona struttura in generale. Stanza carina ma bagno da rimodernare.. Ad oggi trovare ancora il sapone in bustine di plastica è poco piacevole e scomodo, soprattutto per fare la doccia. Colazione buona e varia.

Franchement il n'y a rien à redire de l'accueil à notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ en passant par le petit déjeuner copieux, tout était parfait 👍
