Franchement un bon rapport qualité prix, juste les installations pour enfants (mini club) sont vieillissante et à revoir mais dans l’ensemble c’est bien et le personnel est très agréable

Ja es ist nicht mehr das neueste. Die Appartements sind auch von der Qualität unterschiedlich. Man hat uns am nächsten Tag ein etwas besseres Appartement gegeben. Sehr nettes Personal. Da hat dann zwar leider der Kühlschrank laut gebrummt, aber links und rechts 2 Plastikflaschen zwischen Kühlschrank und wand eingeklemmt und schon war Ruhe. Mann muss sich halt zu helfen wissen. Könnte das Hotel eigentlich auch selbst mal drauf kommen, den Kühlschrank zu fixieren. Das Essen war ok. Es könnte besser sein und wärmer. Man muss ja auch bedenken das dieses Hotel wirklich günstig ist. Mit vier Personen bekomme ich für das gleiche Geld gerade mal ein Abendessen im Restaurant statt Übernachtung mit Halbpension für 4 Personen.

Start with positives which are few. Pool and pool area lovely. Bed linen clean. Negatives: we were in one of the older rooms, up many steps from the restaurant and pool. Fine for us but many people struggled, although there was a golf buggy available. Room tired, sofas, which must turn into sofa beds looked really stained, so much so we didn’t want to sit on them. The noise coming from other residents rooms awful. Even though there was a living area between our bedroom and the adjoining room we could hear snoring all night. The music coming from their room was awful, in fact had to ask them to turn the volume down. Sounded as if it was coming from the living area in our room. Bath and hand towels a dirty grey, looked very old. Footprint on our living room wall! We are vegan, our choice, but limited to salad and fruit. When checking out staff did not ask how our stay was which if they had asked I would have told them. Disappointing stay to say the least!!!

Molta buona la colazione e ben organizzata nonostante la quantità enorme di persone. Belle anche le piscine. La nota negativa è la camera. La nostra infatti si trovava nella parte più datata dell'intero complesso. C'era una moquette macchiata e consumata. L'appartamento era davvero piccolo e una delle camere, così come il bagno, aveva la finestra sul corridioio interno dell'hotel. Mai cambiati gli asciugamani in 3 notti.

Υπέροχος μπουφές. Εξαιρετικός μάγειρας. Χαμογελαστό προσωπικό πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Το καλύτερο δωματιο ever ! Θετικό vibe ! Συνεχης αίσθηση πολυτέλειας αλλα συναμα οικογενειακης θαλπωρης . Ενα μεγαλο μπραβο !

The property condition is not good and the food very bad. We didn't use the half boarding even though we paid for it

Είναι πολύ καλό 4αστερο ξενοδοχείο, η τιμή που το βρήκα ήταν πολύ καλή , έκλεισα το all inclusive πακέτο , αν δε θες την καθημερινή αναζήτηση για φαι στην ακριβή Ελούντα, είναι μαστ η επιλογή το all inclusive. Άριστο προσωπικό , πολύ καθαρό , πολύ καλό και με ποικιλία φαι και καλά ποτά. Το μόνο που ίσως πρέπει να βάλουν στο πακέτο του all inclusive είναι ο fredo espresso , επιλογή για δωρεάν κρύο καφέ μου έδωσαν μόνο το φραπέ

Huoneen parveke oli hieman epäsiistin takapihan/talotekniikan suuntaan. Keittiön altaan hana puuttui, mutta huoneistossa oli kaksi ilmastointilaitetta. Hotellissa pyydettiin Hotel.comin voucheria, mutta sellaista ei minulle toimitettu. Sain vahvistuskirjeen, mutta se oli suomeksi.

Πολύ καθαρό το ξενοδοχείο, μεγάλα δωμάτια, υπέροχο μπαλκόνι με φοβερή θεά, πολύ εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό και καλό το φαγητό, ανοικτό γυμναστήριο και νεροτσουλήθρες, σίγουρα αξίζει τα λεφτά που δώσαμε, perfect.. value for money,the best view,thank you
