really disappointed cause we had pay an extra to get a breakfeast in the morning before leaving but there was no space available and we needed to go to work. We didn't get refund even if i ask the employee at the front desk and we had to go eat in another restaurant. I would not go back.

I stayed two nights at this property, and for an entire day there was no water available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If I had been informed of this in advance, I would not have chosen to stay there. Guests should be properly notified of any service interruptions ahead of time. Providing bottled water does not adequately address the inability to shower or flush toilets. Additionally, the coffee machine, which was supposed to be complimentary, was out of order during my stay. I also found a nail in my bed, which raises concerns about the cleanliness of the room. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations.

The staff were fantastic... efficient, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel itself is exactly what I would expect for the brand, price, and location. Not super luxurious, but clean, safe, and comfortable.

Convenient location. Courteous pleasant staff. Clean room & building. Slow food service but meals were very good. A good experience and will definitely be back.

Transports parked in parking lot, had to listen to back up alarms and air brakes as they tried to maneuver as I was trying to sleep. Uncomfortable bed and the worst pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel. Over priced for what you get.

Great fully equipped kitchen for anyone needing a long term stay. Staff was excellent

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a king bed at no cost.

We have stayed here 3 times and are very happy with the cleanliness and the friendly staff. We had supper on site and it too was great.

Clean room. Noisy room. I thought i was booking a kitchenette, but there were no utensils or dishes. Front desk provided what we needed.

Could be better for the price. Overall very clean, great staff friendly and attentive. The building is showing its age and that's really the only issue.
