Accommodating staff for a person needing help with mobility. Excellent linens and room and historic setting, especially for visitors with USMA connections. If possible, avoid the restaurant. Poor food and harried service.

Staff is always super pleasant & accomodating.

The hotel and staff were overall excellent except for the female waitress on Saturday morning breakfast . The dinner waitress was outstanding. The Saturday morning hot buffet breafast food was not hot at all . It clearly was not worth the price and the service was terrible .

Thank for helping the Tate family 4/15-4/20 while we were at West Point for my fathers burial and celebration of life. Everyone was wonderfull Sincerely, The Tate family

Beautiful elegant hotel with a lot of history. Wonderful setting.

It is next to West Point and we are afforded the opportunity to visit with our son and his friends. We also enjoy drinks outside the hotel bar to have a quiet visit when the bar over overrun with old deaf artillery alum.

It is so convenient to stay at when visiting West Point.

Great improvement over years ago. Rooms very clean. Front door attendants pleasant but need to be a bit more proper and not 'chill.' Please place bottles of water in the room for guest convenience (just pass along the nominal cost if you need to); that is 'easy fix' low-hanging service fruit that you need to address. Thank you

Room was so small and very dated. Did not look like the pictures. For the price, room should have been updated. The property is gorgeous and basically the only nice hotel around. Therefore, you have a gem, so you should reinvest and update the place.
