The property has been a La Quinta before changing over to a Hilton property. It appeared it had been renovated in some areas. Others maybe not or they hadn’t kept up. With repairs. Staff was amazing and attentive. First room had no AC, staff met me at door with keys to another room. AC worked but tv didn’t. Little things stuck out versus normal Hilton experience …. Paint in some areas looked less than professional. Bathroom floor in corner looked worn down. Anti slip strip in tub didn’t look clean and was peeling up at end. Elevator handle actually came off. Based on my positive experience with the staff, I felt like they would have handled all my observations professionally. Ultimately it was an ok experience, more in line with a lesser brand.

Well I expected more for breakfast…

Hotel is good, very nice and clean. Issue is with breakfast. No milk, no cereal. After asking the front desk personnel, she said we have been out of cereals and hand soap for week.!!!

The property was nice. It was clean and staff was friendly.

Really good experience for our stay at hotel.

I reserved the room based on the amenities that were shown on the Expedia website. However, when I got there the advertised amenities were not available. Front desk supervisor spoke with Expedia and confirmed with Mary cherry that I should not be charged for the stay that I never did. I still got charged for one day. I have been back and forth with Xfinity on this who refuses to accept the fact that the hotel approved the waiver of all charges. The front desk Supervisor was wonderful

Nice room. Tub/shower did not drain. Stood in water. Breakfast was fair - cereal, small muffins, yogurt, bagels for food. Two apples. Drinks were fine

Front desk clerk had no personality. When we asked if it would be easier to park in the front or back to get to our room, she didn’t know. Rooms either face the front or back, odd and even. She guessed wrong. The hotel advertises “breakfast”; which it does not. Barely a continental, with bagels, store wrapped muffins and yogurt cups. 2 carafes of juice and coffee round out this “buffet.” While eating my bagel, on two separate occasions, housekeeping staff came by and helped themselves…very unprofessional. Room was comfortable and clean and location was convenient.

The staff was not helpful. The bed was uncomfortable. No kleenexes in the room. The room was clean - the bathroom was clean. Minimalistic feeling but clean. And the “breakfast” that they offer is very different than what was in the picture posted. Literally…4 bagels (not 4 different types, just 4) and two muffins. No juice. No cereal. No milk. No cream cheese. The picture shows a hot item of some sort - nope. They did have coffee and hot water. No tea. No hot chocolate so I’m not sure what the hot water was for. A couple of napkins, 1 apple and 1 orange and no plates. Very disappointing for a Hilton property.

Nice and clean property

The hotel property was clean and the room was comfortable, but we were a little disappointed to find out that the “breakfast buffet” was actually just a bagel bar. We were expecting a little more than that from the pictures on your website. We also found a sign on the door to the pool that stated “management only”. The indoor pool was another reason we chose this hotel. If we had known the pool was not available and the breakfast was limited, we would have chosen another hotel in the same area.

We stayed in this property a few years ago under different ownership. We decided never to stay there again because it wasn't very up-to-date or overly clean. But when I saw that it was under new ownership and had been renovated, I decided we'd give it another shot. The new furnishings are nice and the room seemed much nicer and cleaner. We will try it again Check-in was less than pleasant, however. When I walked in, no one was at the front desk, but within 30 seconds a pleasant woman walked in from the side door. Everything about the interaction was pleasant except that she was clearly outside the side door smoking because the cloud of cigarette smoke following her in and hung around her. I am allergic and tried not to make it noticeable that the smell was very unpleasant. I tried to just turn my head away when needing to breathe so I could get fresher air, but I was still overwhelmed and began coughing. Other than this detail, everything about our stay was perfectly nice.

Cleanliness

We’ve stayed here several times when it was La Quinta and it was great. This time we left after 2 nights even though we paid for 3. The shower door was off the hinges and literally fell off . We told the manager and he said they’d look at it and give us another room if it could not be fixed. We never heard from him again. The sheets were so cheap they wouldn’t stay on the bed. The breakfast was a huge disappointment, we went to Cracker Barrell. No cereal or oatmeal. Just Bagels and muffins in baggies.

The air/heat unit didn’t work.

I’ve stayed at this hotel since before the name change. I typically absolutely love staying here. This time it was my so much the hotels fault however I had to call down to complain about the room above us stomping running startling me awake at 5am with jumping. They did not stop. It was all night. No sleep for me this time around.
