Excellent staff; very helpful. Safe walking around the neighborhood

The hotel is in a rundown section of the city. Have to be extra careful of surroundings. The other main issue of this hotel is the constant traffic noise and loud music from a bar all night long. The loud music and traffic did not allow to sleep all night. Rooms are good size but the windows are not noise cancelation build. Breakfast is badic acceptable. I would not go back or recommend this hotel.

Foi tudo perfeito, mas o destaque fica pela equipe do hotel. Creio que já deva ter ficado em mais de 500 hotéis em toda minha vida mas com certeza essa equipe foi a mais atenciosa, educada e prestativa que já vi. Parabéns aos Uruguaios!

The staff is so nice. The room was a nice size. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small, but not bad. My husband said he saw a hair on the sheets, but it was probably the maid's. Air conditioning unit made a strange whirring sound every few minutes, but not a huge deal.

El hotel está aceptable en sentido general, menos unas pocas actualidades que no me parecieron bien. Primero, el desayuno es por reservación. Bajamos todas las mañanas a desayunar sin reservación hasta que me mandaron un mensaje por WhatsApp sobre las reservaciones. Cuando le preguntamos sobre el mensaje al recepcionista que estaba a las 21.00 hrs el viernes 28/3 nos respondió con un carácter irónico. El empleador debiera a enseñares a el personal como comunicar si ya no es algo adquirido en el desarrollo.

En una ocasión la limpieza NO fue adecuada y otra señorita y amable la terminó correctamente. Además de que NO CUENTAN CON ESCOBILLAS PARA LIMPIAR EL WC Así como poca iluminación en el tocador del baño.

Excellent location for exploring Montevideo’s historic center. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again

We were very happy during our 5 days at Smart Hotel. The location is excellent. Staff was very helpful, although their English was not great. The credenza in our room worked well for my laptop. The stationary bike in the workout room gave me a good workout, although one foot stirrup was broken and the power meter read much lower than my actual power output. The room had a dedicated AC unit. I loved the memory foam style pillows.

Refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment for my icepacks. So took it to the reception to place it in their freezer. On the day of checkout found out that the icepacks were left in the refrigerator compartment and told me that they didn't have a freezer. No food, snacks or drinks were allowed to be taken to your room for a person with diabetes to snack on when their sugar gets low

Muy recomendado! Solo la ubicación en el centro de Montevideo (hay muchas propiedades abandonadas)

Não gostei do local onde é servido o café da manhã. Muito pequeno. O café da manhã é servido no bar do hotel e o espaço não comporta o número de hóspedes. Com isso tem que haver agendamento do horário em que irá desfrutá-lo. Mesmo com o agendamento/rodízio dos hóspedes o local é apertado. Não sendo boa a experiência para mim. No mais tudo certo.

Ficamos no quarto 402 e 602, loft enorme. Localização boa, café da manhã com variedades, cama confortável. Com certeza ficaria novamente.
