This was my first time staying at the Paradis Hotel and I love it there. I totally forgot I was in a hotel because I was treated like I was home. Whenever Im going back to Haiti I will definitely go back

director called staff to get client kicked out of the room demanding cash payment. horrible.

The staff is helpful and nice

Thank you for your kindness and stellar customer service, i book a room for my brother there because he got into an accident and loss all his belonging in the process. He showed with only his ID and the staff were very kind and accomodating to him although the reservation didnt show up on their system right away they gave him a room until they found it. The room was clean and beautiful. Thank you for not prejudging him Amazing experience, thank you again

There is no AC at night

ils m'ont faire payer pour un petit déjeuner, ils m'ont rien donner. il n'y a même pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. pas de savon dans la douche. enfin !

The staff is very nice! Recommend

No hot water. Mosquito inside the room. They turn the AC on around 9pm and cut it off in the middle of the night around 1am, then you start to sweat. Those are the only negativities. Everything else was good.

The staff is really nice!

With hardly any customers the place is running with limited staff. Cleanliness is compromised. Smelly towels, no soap. Only one bath towel. No napkins.

I had to cut my stay to 1day. I couldn’t sleep. No AC, no hot water for shower and very noisy

It was overall a good experience. They should have hot water especially in the morning for showers. The service was hors pair.

I spend a great time with them! Very clean property and very nice people, the service is awfully 😍😍

The hotel was nice, but unfortunately the situation in Haiti is catastrophic
