Wonderful breakfast with amazingly friendly staff

Our short stay on Port Hardy was ok .. disappointed the pub restaurant in the hotel was closed plus several others nearby only drinks available as kitchens were closed so we had to have fast food instead. The staff were very nice and accommodating room clean , unfortunately every time someone went into a room near ours their door would auto close and was very loud and disturbing as we had an early departure . Overall the stay was good as it met our comfort needs after a long drive ..

For the area, this was amazing. You need to taper your expectations for this is remote destination. The staff was incredibly kind and provided top notch service. The property is a little run down but clean.

A good place to spend a few days. Short walk to Port Hardy beachfront. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast is terrific!

Friendly and helpful staff. Also, we had to leave at 5:30 am to catch the ferry to Prince Rupert, so they supplied an excellent bagged breakfast/lunch to take with us.

Partial ocean views in a working marina. Good breakfast. Spacious, well-appointed room.

Key issues with room, had to be moved to another with a working key. Very disappointed pub/restaurant closed, was one reason I booked in for the ease.

I only stayed here for one day, but I was very satisfied with the comfortable room, the kindness of the staff, and the surrounding trails. I am grateful to the staff for their hard work.

Entry cards were a significant issue, and our dead bolt lock did not work

We arrived to a full power failure, which was scheduled but were not informed til the day of arrival. Small breakfast buffet but food was not hot. Door to our room was not working properly so a struggle everytime. Realize new owners but they have a lot if work ahead if them.

The staff at this hotel was amazing. They went out of their way to help. Service like I have never had before, operating the elevator and walking us to our room and even opening the door for us! The lady on the desk went next door to find me a can opener I needed. During the free breakfast Jenny told me all about the area and what to see. She even showed me around the marina and helped me take pictures. I have never met a hotel staff as friendly and accomodating as them.
