Amazing stay! Second time with Baha Mar, first time with Hyatt Baha Mar. No single flaw. Great accommodation, restaurants, waterpark is top notch not to mention it's included with the stay! The choices for bars and restaurants are countless!

Came to Baha Mar for a short getaway. Easy to get to from the airport. Great restaurants, pools and beaches. Everything is rather expensive (meals, drinks, etc) but probably par for the course. Definitely planning on coming back.

Great property, people and restaurants. The casino is beautiful, clean and just about the best all around. The beach is wonderful and the water gorgeous and friendly. You'll never have to leave the resort- it offers any and everything you could want! Have already been 3 times this year! Easy to get to from the east coast of states and once there it is a short ride from airport to resort! Let's go!! Let the fun begin!

This property is one I’ve visited many times now over the years. This year, the service was absolutely horrible. 0/10 experience. You ask for anything and it’s like a bother. Reached out to Expedia for assistance because I wanted to leave early - but nothing was done for me.

Great place for family vacation.

Overall Grand Hyatt Baha Mar is huge and incorporates SLS and Rosewood hotels. It’s in an area that’s pretty isolated so you’ll need a taxi when venturing downtown. The island is small so it’s about 15 min to downtown and 15 min to the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious, the grounds are beautiful, and the pools are fun. Some of the restaurants are hit or miss and definitely charge for everything including still water that they start you off with and didn’t ask for most times. I also was annoyed that they gave us wristbands to access the room but those wristbands did absolutely nothing else. And check your charges at the end of your stay because they added charges that weren’t mine and apparently it takes 30-45 days for charges to fall off which is insane compared to the prices you pay there. It’s a fun time, kids under 5 eat for free, and you can gamble as much as you want to. The restaurants are pricy and some are not that good. The wings at Swimming pig are good, the dimsum at Shuang Ba are good as well as the Macau beef fried rice. The ramen at Stix sucks. The cakes there suck and if you can, I’d recommend going downtown for better and cheaper food. The service is sufficient. That Marcus seafood place is okay. Some dishes are fine and others are too sweet or too oily. Overall, I wouldn’t go back. For all the pricing, just go to Atlantis. However, for maybe a girls trip, I’d book SLS in the future but would spend more time away from the hotel.

Beautiful property and the waterpark was incredible for all ages. Restaurants were fantastic, service is nominally slower than you may be used to but that’s just the atmosphere in Bahamas.

Not nearly the accommodations you would expect for the price. Food prices are outrageous!

The property was surprisingly easy to get around, even though it covers a lot of ground—and there’s so much to see along the way, from tasty spots to eat and fun little shops and best of all, flamingos!

The overall experience was lovely and I would head back to Baha Mar in a heartbeat! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed, as there was so much to do. BUT I felt like there were areas that weren’t properly cleaned and that was an issue for me. I wish I took photos, only just realising I could have uploaded to my review. The hotel tries to be eco friendly so they don’t give you bottled water in your room. Rather, you have to fill up reusable bottles. The walk to the room with the water dispenser was very long, and then I get there, is was just GROSS! The water machine has the filter change light on. The ice machine was rusty. And there were random things littered on the floor. It was so grimey. The hotel rooms has very dirty/dusty AC grilles. The corridors were also very dirty/dusty.

Was there 3 years ago when staff was courteous and friendly… you could get a dinner in a Resturant …prices have increased in food and drinks it’s just not the same. Didn’t get the room we asked for. With a balcony you could sit on … Sad. Wwd

Prices are ridiculous and they try to rob you every transaction- over crowded and not customer friendly

Customer service was horrible. I paid an arm and a leg for a room with an ocean view, and you could barely see the ocean from the room they gave me. They moved me the next day to a new room that allegedly had a better ocean view, but again I could barely see the ocean. My towels had hair on it, the shower had residue all over it, the sheets had stains, and worst of all, the coffee machine was not working. I had paid $2,000 extra for a room with a balcony and ocean view just so I can enjoy a cup of coffee on my balcony and I wasn't able to do that. The customer service was horrible and none of the employees were helpful. Never going back here again.

Beautiful views, landscape. Quick walk to the ocean. Food was AMAZING. Staff at Pizza Lab not that nice, however ALL other restaurants were amazing.
