The food was excellent! Best breakfast and dinner I’ve had at a restaurant. The overall value for my stay was a bargain!

We had a lovely weekend stay at Wild Thyme and Honey. Everything at the hotel was everything we had expected after reading reviews. The room was so idyllic and cosy with attention to detail. The location was excellent, everything was easily accessible by car. The staff were very helpful and very welcoming. The food was excellent, even the biscuits we were given the morning we checked out. We highly recommend this hotel and I’m sure we will be back again.

Very nice and relaxing place in the Costwolds. At The Crown inside the Inn nice quality food well prepared. Also at breakfast.

The vibe was everything. The host took us in right away and was so accommodating! We had a late dinner that was unbelievable!!! Can’t wait to come back :)

Could be outstanding but the kitchen lets them down. The location, hotel and staff are wonderful but the food is where the shine falls off. Decent menu but most of the food was bland, lacking taste or overly greasy (fish). Breakfast was wrong both mornings (even with simple request), kitchen needs to read the orders properly.. At the two dinners, both night people on tables around us were commenting on their food.. (which is such a shame for a lovely hotel...

Perfect location to travel around Cotswolds, the place was beautiful and so much attention to detail. Staff were all friendly and nothing was a problem. Breakfast was fabulous and we had evening meals which were all wonderful. Loved the small jugs of milk delivered every morning outside door extras could be got from a pantry. Had a very relaxing stay.

Excellent, what a beautiful place to stay in the heart of the Cotswolds, highly recommend! The suite rooms are absolutely beautiful and such a wonderful treat! A special mention for the lovely guy on reception who checked us in, and really did make us feel most welcome, he was extremely informative and nothing was ever too much trouble! He also served us for breakfast today - thank you :)

Stayed in the superior suite (London Rd no3), and although the hotel was lovely I found hairs all over the bath, the mattress and the pillows. When I pulled back sheet on the bed there were crumbs over the sheet and a dead insect. I also found urine stains on the mattress. The fridge also had stagnant water in and smelled really strongly of fish every time it was opened. When I emailed the general manager he took a week to respond and simply offered 25% off a return stay. Unfortunately I would not stay here again due to the cleanliness. As this was a £600 a night room I was really disappointed.
