Es war sauber, sehr, sehr einfach, der Besitzer und seine Frau waren sehr bemüht und äusserst nett.

An old lady from the reception gave us the rudest custome service ever. She barely spoke english. When we checked out she didn`t believe that we had already paid hotel and we almost didn`t catch the ferry. She didn`t tell us about the breakfast and we thought there isn`t any. All in all she was by far the rudest person we have met working in a hotel. The other staff was more kind, but nobody told us there is a free breakfast, so that is not good customer service either. Suggest you find another hotel to go to.
