Clean, quiet and comfortable room. The hotel is located close to the airport and with easy access to the city centre. The breakfast buffet was great.

Really well located property, less than a minute walk from a Metro station which makes getting into central Lisbon easy and fast. Rooftop pool, bar and terrace area was great in the lovely Lisbon sunshine. The team were really friendly and helpful. The only things to be aware of are the Lisbon residents love of their car horns and any hotel residents who like to move the chairs in their rooms which will both inevitably wake you up!

This is a really nice property in a safe area. We were so thankful to not be in the more touristy areas that are crawling with questionable people. The rooms were large and clean. Only complaint was the pretend sliding door on the bathroom. If you like your privacy, forget it! The staff were so helpful. The rooftop bar and pools were fantastic and really made our stay enjoyable.

Hotel location was great for metro & bus. The team throughout the hotel was really professional & friendly, helping with our questions and providing a map & help for places to visit. The breakfast buffet has choices for all and the rooftop pool area was a lovely with sunbeds, umbrella’s and pool which certainly refreshed you. A great hotel.

The Jupiter Lisboa was a lovely hotel and we stayed 8 nights . The location was fabulous for accessing buses or the metro. We had a room on the 5th Floor and it was functional. Some things to consider would adding more hooks around the room and a table near the exit for small items. The fridge was stocked and we assumed the items inside were for sale but there was no explicit info on costs. It also tied up the very small space in the fridge as well. Housekeeping was inconsistent and I don’t think the floors were washed while we were there specifically the bathroom floor nor were toiletry items replenished. The positives certainly were the rain shower and the spaciousness in the bathroom. Bed linens were lovely but a couple of pillows out of the 5 in the room were lumpy and not great quality. The rooftop pool was a great amenity as well as the spa downstairs, although we used neither. The flavoured water was a terrific option but was depleted late in the afternoon. It is a very low cost service for guests and I would encourage a more consistent replenishment throughout the day into the evening. Despite the detailed feedback which is intended to be constructive, this is a great hotel with a fabulous location if you are looking to be away from the tourist areas but close enough to multiple public transportation options to get you anywhere you like to go. I would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.

Wir haben fünf Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Sowohl am Empfang als auch im Frühstücksbereich wurden wir jederzeit herzlich und aufmerksam betreut. Meine Frau hatte während unseres Aufenthalts Geburtstag, und wir haben uns sehr über eine herzliche Aufmerksamkeit des Hotels gefreut, die wir an diesem Tag auf dem Zimmer vorgefunden haben. Das war eine wirklich schöne Geste. Wir hatten ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht und waren mit der Größe des Zimmers sowie des Badezimmers sehr zufrieden. Die Dusche war großzügig, das Zimmer und das Bad waren stets sauber, und die Klimaanlage sorgte zuverlässig für eine angenehme Temperatur. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet überzeugte durch eine gute Auswahl und Qualität. Sehr positiv in Erinnerung geblieben sind außerdem die Rooftop-Bar mit Pool und Liegen. Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend, um Lissabon zu erkunden. Mehrere Bus- und Metroverbindungen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Durch die Lage an einer größeren Straße ist Verkehrslärm hörbar, was für uns wegen der guten Anbindung jedoch akzeptabel war. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war die Glastür zum Badezimmer, die sich recht laut öffnen ließ und nur wenig Privatsphäre bot. Das hat unseren insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck aber nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel klar weiterempfehlen.

Good location to get around in Lisbon and nearby cities. Friendly and professional treatment. Daily room service and efficient maintenance staff.

Loved the rooftop bar breakfast buffet was great all of it the beds are comfortable there’s a fabulous little groceries across the street and we loved the bakery across the street pizza burgers the lasagna all in all great hotel

Great location right next to the metro. Perfect non touristy neighborhood where I can walk to local markets and wander around. Buffet was extensive and delicious! Our space was nicely designed and clean. Would stay here again!
