I was in London for one night, and stayed at the Super7 Motel. Super easy to register with a very friendly young man. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them quickly. He was welcoming, shared a sense of humour with me and very efficient. The only thing about the room that didn't meet my standards was the bathroom. It was small and tight. Very clean yet you can see signs of aging. The Tub was tiny no way an adult would bathe in it. Even a child would have trouble. Less than 4 feet of room in the bathroom. Clean but tiny. The bed was firm but I could feel the coil springs at times too. In the morning at check out a young lady served me and again kind and efficient service. They really seemed to care!

the internet did not work, the TV did not work, there was stains on bedding and towels. Mold on one of the beds, Constructions outside disruptive all day,

This is a nice family-run motel. Convenient, comfortable, with the basics. Reasonable price. Second stay here. Recommended.

No people in the room beside me were trying to break into my room from the room behind me that was boarded up and I told the night staff and he didn't believe me so I would not recommend anyone to stay at this motel

I was in a room with people next to me that were very loud and they were trying to break into my room from the room behind mine that was closed up with board and I told the night staff that did not believe me and I left the next day and lost $55 because I wanted to check out I would advise you not to recommend this motel to any other customers it's very unsafe

The staff was super friendly and helpful

Room was clean and well kept. Front desk staff were friendly. Encountered two significant issues. First one was at check in. We arrived more than 2 hours after the check in time and were told our room wasn't ready yet, and that we were to wait in the lobby until it was. The lobby was not air conditioned, and being a hot day, it was not a comfortable wait. Second issue: when our room was ready, we were told it was located on the other side of a restaurant next door, with access to the room through a very narrow, dark alleyway behind the restaurant. Oh, and there was no parking on that side of the motel. So our car was parked on one side, and we had to carry all of our stuff through the alleyway to the other side to get to our room.

Overpriced for a tiny room with 2 double beds at a motel half built, no pool, no wifi. Construction, the sign was poorly lit.

It was very nice for the price, Wellington Rd area is a complete disaster of never ending road construction though. But that has nothing to do with the Hotel. Cheers Mike and Ally

It was super noisy. There were gaps in the bathroom window that were letting in mosquitoes and there weren't any electrical plugs around the bed... Nothing even on that side of the room. These things are all pretty forgiveable... It's old and the room was cheap. What got me (and inspired the low rating) was when I tried to book in for a second night they tried to charge me 50% more than the first night. Didn't even bother with a heads up about it.
