Although the area was fantastic with exceptional views of the ocean from their restaurant, the room itself was quiet outdated, unkept and small. The air conditioning worked great and water pressure was perfect. Staff is very kind and helpful. Having early tours, it was promised that a box breakfast would be ready for us on 2 occasions which were both forgotten. For their mishap, they were so kind to offer a free supper and drinks. Extremely challenging to find the hotel as the check in is actually at the Orhan restaurant.

The room's need upgrading, but the location and great breakfast made up for that. The staff were professional and friendly .

Det var toppen läge men otroligt slitet och ostädat. Mögel i badrummet och döda insekter i rummet som inte städades bort. Var damm och hår på golvet från tidigare gäster. Men bra ac i värmen. Trevlig service och bra frukost med fin utsikt.

Great location right outside the Old Town walls, close to taxi drop/pickup area and bus stops. Apartment was comfortable with good air conditioning and generally well equipped - our only complaint was a lack of toiletries. Soap appeared on our second day but we'd already bought some by then! Lovely to have a tasty breakfast overlooking the sea each morning, and helpful to be able to leave our luggage in the restaurant after checking out, as we had a late flight.

Läget är det du väljer här! Restaurangens utsikt är fantastisk, bra service å en mycket bra frukost. Rummen är basic, rent å snyggt men inget mer! Men läget med Gamla stan å en otroligt fin lite strand runt hörnet från hotellet

The location is perfect. Room is spacious and has everything that is needed.would stay again.

Great place to stay in the best location. Minutes walk from Old Town and the beach in a really quiet spot. Free breakfast was amazing!

Amazing place, breakfast with a view of the ocean, plus the staff was amazing. Room is ok, clean, you are not there for the room, you are there for the amazing location.

The location was unbelievable. It was steps from pile gate and when the taxi dropped us off we just had a couple of steps to the place. The place did have some steps up to the actual apartment. The view at breakfast is the best view in dubravnik and we loved sitting there with that view. Breakfast was good. They asked if you want omelets or scrambled eggs, provide fruit and bread. The room was totally adequate for our needs as we got the smaller room available. The apartment ones we didn’t see. We ate lunch there and the grilled meat and black risotto was delicious. The people that work there couldn’t be nicer. We often stopped for a drink in the evening and they did give us a free round which was nice. I would recommend this place to anyone for the ease of getting around and the view. Taxis were also near by. I saw that some people mentioned the courtyard not being nice enough but with the gorgeous view just steps from your apartment who cares. I thought it was fine but we never used it just went to the water. When we come back we will stay here again.

リビング、キッチン付き二間の部屋に泊まりました。二食付きで、更にドリンクも飲み放題でした！ 夕食にはタコのマリネや、魚のグリルも出て来てきたので、コストパフォーマンスは抜群です。 レストランの前が海のため、眺めもよく、味も定評のようで賑わっていました。

10/10 excellent service and room. Breakfast included which was always delicious and a perfect start to the day. Room was perfect location in relation to the beach, old town and bus stops. All staff were lovely.

Basic but perfect location right by the sea and walking distance from all attractions

Sono rimasta qua due notti a Dubrovnik, è situato in una buona posizione, molto vicina a piedi all’ingresso del old town, e alla fermata del bus, proprio a due passi dalla Fortezza Lovrijenac (la fortezza rossa), il check in lo si nel loro ristorante

Essa foi a minha segunda hospedagem nesse hotel . Adoro a localização e os donos do hotel ! Voltarei sempre !

This was our second stay at Orhan and we cannot think of any negatives.the staff couldnt do enough for us. They were so friendly. Already looking at revisiting next year

excellent location. the old town is only 1. 5 blocks away. eliminates need for transport. Yelena and her Mom , the host, also own the Orhan restaurant and were very accommodating. excellent breakfast. Wish there were better signage to reach the hotel. Our room was on the 3rd level. so be ready to climb about 25 steps. Will definitely stay there again.
