Awful! Brown recluse spiders (3 were killed) and no a/c / broken a/c in our room. Worst stay ever

Hotel was fully booked, and noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms continued until midnight. Around 1 am the cops showed up: 3 vehicles with flashing lights, then a knock and interrogation that lasted 30+ minutes in the room next door and the hallway. I guess the clientele is not exemplary? I will not return.

You get what you pay for. I've stayed at several and they're very basic, but clean and safe and for the price I'll take it. Be aware there are no ice machines available at these locations though.

Driving cross country and came in late. Desk manager was nice. A very gross (i don’t want to know!) something was left behind on the bath towel. This is a no frills, come in and go to sleep, hotel. For that is wad fine. We were out by 6am. Cheap and glad we didn’t pay much

The room was very comfortable, and temp was nice and cool! Beds were comfy, shower was great with great pressure! The gal at the desk at night was a little grumpy when asking for more towels, no smile, no greeting… really didn’t say anything to us! Location was great! Would stay again!

Great staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, and loud people. While the hotel overall was great the lack of sound proofing is obvious. Surprisingly, it was the humans not the dogs.

Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone smiled. Don't see that hardly anymore. Mini store on site, 24/7 laundry, coffee in lobby. Free delivery when using Grub Hub. Convenient location. Access to shopping and dining within minutes. Secure building, quiet area.

Room was clean and comfortable. Did have a slight smoke smell from someone prior to our stay.

No one explained the breakfast situation or that you had to turn the ice machine on in the fridge in your room in order to get ice.

I recommend staying at this property, clean, friendly staff, just a nice quiet hotel

This was a great stop on our journey. Simple, updated & clean room. The only thing I could recommend... is maybe not checking in two adjoining rooms with 8 kids into rooms on the 3rd floor at midnight!!

No one at desk when we arrived. The room smelled very musty upon entry, and light switch was not easily accessible. Shades did not work properly - 18 inch gap at bottom because metal connector on chain prevented complete closer. The lady at the desk said that happens often. ???!!! Toilet overflowed. Plunger was delivered upon request, but we had to deal with it. Coffee maker carafe needed washing. Shower was good, bed was clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen facilities. Employees were courteous and friendly.
