Comfortable place to stay for the night. Beautiful scenery. Nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable.

Second time staying here. Only complaint is the driveway back to lodge. Large potholes. It is supposed to be no smoking but i did see many people with their doors open or sitting on deck smoking.

We got in late, but the restaurant was still serving. We ate in the bar, while a live band played in the connected dining room. Friendly bar staff, with the vibe of a neighborhood bar. They had no problem splitting a burger and fries for us. The menu made me wish we were staying longer! Clean room with plenty of chargers built into the bedside table. Great water pressure. Probably next time I will make sure to request a room on the 2nd floor, as I am a light sleeper and heard footsteps overhead after we’d turned in. Last time we stopped here on the way to the beach, we’d had weather getting there, and arrived near midnight. It’s off the beaten path, and we were a bit worried the first trip. This time it was still light, and the directions got us there easily. I’m glad to have arrived in time to partake of the local flavor this time. Looking forward to the next trip!

Very clean. Rustic. Restaurant was great!

Great Secluded location, upgraded to morning pastry and coffee which we enjoyed next to the mountain lake surrounded by fresh air and nature. Desk staff was very professional. Restaurant/bar on location, plenty of parking. We left after a long drive rested and happy!

I stay here this time every year and it remains a wonderful experience.

Room was nice, bed very comfortable. Had dinner at the pub/grill - food was delicious, staff was great - and prices very reasonable. We will definitely stop back again when traveling!!

Receptionist (young female) at check in was rude. Checkout was 10 am- leave the premises with no available later checkout options. Walls were thin so could hear conversations next door. Bedspreads were very worn/faded and I was scared they hadnt been washed in awhile. Carpet was gross. I would like to thank the very cheerful man at checkout. He was very pleasant and started my day with a smile. He was way better than my first impression with the rude girl the night before.

Disappointed and disgusted

Employees were very friendly. Room Was comfortable and clean. Needs a little updating but was good for our overnight stay.

The front office attendant was beyond amazing. Unfortunately didn't get his name. He went out of his way to make sure we got a better room than the hotels.com booked for us. We truly appreciate him!

Great stay. Nice and clean. Only thing I would change is the cleaning chemical smell was a little strong but finally by morning it had subsided.

Nice tavern with good food, craft beer, and a pool table. The room need updated, the window heat pump was very noisy. I had to use earplugs.

Great stop ever from Chicago to the E Coast. Steak night is good!
