This property was okay. It served its purpose for the trip. I would not stay here again unless some upgrades to the room and customer service are made in the near future. The room and bathrooms are a little small and could use some upgrading. Check-in was very different, no warm and fuzzy welcome or information shared about the property or area. I walked down to the Aloft where some friends were staying and their check-in experience is what I'm use to. Warm, friendly, hotel amenities explained, provided restaurant suggestions, a whole vibe. I am use to a very welcoming experience upon arrival and feeling appreciated during my stay as a customer. This location fell a little short for me.
