Squallido è ancora un complimento,pulizia al di sotto dello zero personale non pervenuto soggiorno da dimenticare,non riesco a capire come possa essere ancora aperto un posto del genere

Apartamento em boa condição, boa localização. Sem cozinha, porém limpeza e atendimento excelentes.

Everything was as expected for the paid price. I knew that wouldn't be much comfort but i chose this hotel for location. It is close to all main touristic attractions. They don't have a 24 hours reception desk but rather a person that answer messages when anything is nedded. I had to pay an extra fee for late check in but this was explained in my reservation notes so no surprises. My only complaint is about the heating. The room was cold and the person responsibly for the heating forgot to turn the central heating on - even after i had mentioned to him. Overall rating is 3 starts.

Die Unterkunft war eine, saubere, Wohnung in einem normalen römischen Wohnhaus. Das ging so aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor. Der beschriebene Eingang war schwer zu finden und der eigentliche Eingang ist an der hinteren Straße. Der telefonisch zu verständigende Vermieter ist sehr bemüht. Er brachte das kleine Frühstück ( Corona ) abends vorbei.War soweit ok.

Avevo comunicato con l Hotel e mi avevano detto che c era un parcheggio a 15 euro al giorno, invece non era cosi perché ho dovuto cercarlo io per strada e pagare alla macchinetta. Siamo stati accolti da un ragazzo indiano che non parlava per niente bene italiano e non riuscivamo nemmeno a capirci, il check in è stato terribile. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare la macchina dalla parte opposta del palazzo e fare tutta la strada a piedi. Il bagno della camera era orribile, vecchio e di cattivo odore. La doccia arrugginita. Un esperienza che non rifaremo mai.

Personnel Pas tres aimable , aucune indication touristique ... chambre tres bruyante ... chaudière dans la chambre qui fonctionne en continue bruit insupportable... de plus les petits déjeuner amenés directement en chambre sont préparés dans le couloir où il y a une table Avec une cafetière juste à l'entré de la chambre le responsable y prépare les déjeuners ... reveillee tres tôt par le bruit de la cafetière ..... inadmissible !!!!! Salle de Bain une baignoire balnéo inutilisable ni en balneo Ni en baignoire !!! Odeur de moisi dans l'eau du bain Si on a le malheur de mettre les jets en route et Pas de bouchon pour évacuation d'eau !! J'ai du mettre une serviette .... juste possible en douche ... Très déçue !!!!!

Очень плохое обслуживание в этом отеле, жуликоватый и необязательный персонал.Работник отеля , кстати даже не представившийся, зная о нашем приезде , нас не встретил .Нам пришлось ждать, звонить и опять ждать его появления с ключами. Появившись с ключами потребовал оплаты за оплаченный номер вторично. Спросив нас об оплаченном завтраке назавтра ,обманул, не пришел, в назначенное им время, еда и кофе не были предоставлены,без возвращения денег, завтракать нам пришлось в Пицерии на улице.В душевой комнате были выключены батареи и было очень холодно! Много путешествуя впервые столкнулись с низким качеством обслуживания и в таком низком качестве предоставлениии услуг.

La chambre réserver ne correspondait pas du tout a celle coloré et jolie de l'annonce. Moche viellot. Odeur immonde. en plus il a fallut rajouter un supplément de dernière minute. vraiment beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est. Petit déjeuner plus que léger. Ac en plus du pain rassis. Vraiment catastrophiques.

위치는 그냥 보통 콜로세움 완전 가까움 :) 성마리아마조레성당도 가까움 Elite마트도 근처에 있음 ㅋㅋㅋ 와이파이는 잘터짐 객실도 깨끗하고 방도 따뜻함 작은 냉장고가 있으나 냄새나서 사용안함 옷장에 금고도 있고 화장대도 있어 편함 전반적으로 좋음 조식도 시간 정해서 주스커피빵치즈과일 쟁반에 담아서 노크하고 줌 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 호텔임 룸서비스 굿 가격대비 괜찮음

9월17일 ~3일간 묶었는데.. 첫날 저녁8시쯤도착했는데 방을 아래받고 들어갔는데 예약한 방과 달라 뒤늦게 왜 다르냐고 물으니 늦게왔다며 저희 탓하네요ㅠㅠ 다른사람들에게 줬다네요 (예약한방은 방2개 각침대있고 주방과 개인 욕실과 에어컨도 2개가있는 b&b스타일 룸타입이었고.. 첫날 잘못안내받은방은 침대하나 덩그러니 있고 욕실도 밖에있는 여인숙보다 못한 선풍기딸린방) 그날은 힘들고 피곤해서 우선 자고 다음날 방옮겼는데 옮기 저희방은 만족했습니다

Zeit zum Check In muss abgesprochen werden da es keine Rezeption gibt. Das Zimmer war in gutem Zustand. Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Es gibt in dem Hotel keinen Frühstücksraum. Man muss am ersten Tag sagen wann man das Frühstück möchte und es wird dann jeden Tag ins Zimmer gebracht (+/- 15 min). Das fanden wir etwas nervig da man keine Möglichkeit hat die Zeit zu ändern und man ja doch je nachdem wann man ins Bett gegangen ist manchmal länger schlafen möchte. Unpraktisch war auch dass es kein Tisch im Zimmer gab so musste man im Bett essen bzw. im stehen. Auch gab es zwar immer Butter aber keine Messer daher konnte man nur die Marmalede auf dem Brot verteilen...

We stayed 4 nights at Signor Suite Colosseo in room 9, which is a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchenette. For info, this is not a hotel, but rather a collection of different apartments which the owner owns and rent out for tourist. So the apartments might not be next to each other. Pros: The suite is situated near most of the attractions in Rome. In fact we walked most of the time instead of taking transport. The place is fairly clean, with fairly good WiFi. The staff who welcomed us was friendly and the breakfast was decent. Cons: There is fixed delivery time for breakfast which the staff brings to you, starting at 7.30am at half hour interval. As there were other guests who have reserved the earlier timing, we could only take the later which does not work for us for some days, as we have early morning tour or train to catch. So you might want to confirm breakfast timing when making your booking. We can only access the WiFi in the kitchenette , not the bedroom. The bathroom is small and in need of repair. There were no holder for toiletries in the shower area, and the door comes off. Depending on your need and affordability, this can be your choice to stay in Rome. Flight was delayed with baggages lost. Emailed to hostel to see if they can let us check-in at midnight. Got rudely responses from the hostel staff, said they are sorry about the delay but that is not their fault, and they will not let us check-in after scheduled hour. So we had got to sleep overnight at the airport. Not saying that was their fault. I was just hoping that they were a bit more friendly.

The location is great and the price is good considering how close to everything you are. However in our room the air con didn't work properly (not ideal when it's 40 degrees...), there was a bit of mold on the walls, the shower wasn't clean, and the bathroom didn't flush well. I personally am not a big fan of the type of breakfast service where you need to know in advance what time you want it and they bring you a tray. All in all I felt like I was imposing on the owner and for my next visit I would find somewhere else.

Las instalaciones están muy bien , muy bien el desayuno y muy puntual la persona que lo lleva al cuarto , muy limpio todo , el internet excelente, y el único problema fue que la televisión solamente servía el canal de mtv, pero no se ocupa mucho si a lo que vas es solo a dormir.

숙소는 그냥 일반 건물 한층 임대해서 여행자들에게 임대하는 느낌이었어요. 객실은 사진과 다르기는 했지만 나름 괜찮았어요. 숙소 내에 직원이 있는 경우가 거의 없었고, 직원이나 관리인에게 제가 먼저 인사해도 시큰둥한 반응이었어요. 수건을 쓰고 다음날 수건 바꿔달라고 해도 안바꿔주어 몇 차례 요구하니 그때 갈아주고, 호텔스닷컴에는 체크아웃이 오전 11시 30분으로 되어있는데 10시 30분에 노크하고 들어와서 11시에 체크아웃이라고 하고 10시 45분에 노크하고 다시 들어와서는 이방 묵을 사람이 빨리 왔는데 꼭 11시까지 체크아웃을 하라고 하는데 기분이 정말 않좋더라구요. 그리고 여기는 비행시간이 남아 짐을 맡겨도 맡아주지 않으니 이점 참고하세요. 숙소 위치도 그냥 그레요. 식당도 별로 없고 위치는 여기보다 판테온이나 스페인광장 쪽이 더 좋은 것 같아요.
