For the price this was not ok. We booked the suite and there were no bath linens, no extra bedding for the sleeper sofa and when calling down to the front desk in the morning to at least get a wash cloth, the front desk girl must have needed more coffee, as she sounded half asleep and could care less.

Easy to find and access. Eating and shopping facilities in close proximity.

The hotel offered a good place for us to stay in the Wood River valley on our way to Eastern Idaho for July 4th.

Easy check in, parking to accommodate a trailer, nice pool area. The beds were a little stiff.

Great amenities and friendly staff

The pool was closed in June. The front desk staff was nice but no one was on duty at the front desk at 2:15 in the afternoon. It was 45 minutes before check-in time, but I would expect the desk manned. The hotel was clean, in a nice area and parking was easy. Plan on skipping the complimentary breakfast-the only fruit offered was bananas. The coffee was diner quality. Packaged pastries and the usual powdered scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns.

The staff was great. Breakfast was fine. Close to all the small town had to offer. I would stay here again

Wonderful stay!!

Staff was good

We were displaced out of our home for a few days and needed a hotel that was pet, friendly, and near our home. The large room worked out perfectly and access to a microwave and a refrigerator as well as a full breakfast in the morning was perfect!

A great location; fairly reasonable price. I didn’t like the $24 additional parking fee.

Lovely heated pool. The front desk staff were very helpful.

The property was clean, comfy, and safe. The scenery was beautiful and there were several yummy dining options.

Easy to find, close to everything, and includes a full breakfast. Enjoyed the pool.

They upgraded me to a large room with separate bedroom because they were so booked. It was great! When I walked in and looked around, I was impressed. Everything looked extremely clean except for the outside of the sliding glass door to the patio. The young lady at the front desk in the evening was exceptionally nice! I would give her 10 stars!
