I have stayed in a lot of hotels as i travel frequently for work…this one is not very good. My daughter found a used tissue in the bottom of her sheets/bedding on the second night of our stay. This tells me the sheets were not changed prior to our arrival. When i told the front desk employee (Harsh), he did not apologize or offer any discount, only asked why we didn’t tell them. She found it in the middle of the night and did not tell me until the morning. I asked for a discount and he refused. One of the two elevator is broken and the wait time to use the elevator can be quite long. If you can find lodging elsewhere you should.

I paid $259 for a room with tv without the 4 major network stations. Missed game 5 of the alds baseball game. The breakfast would have been good if i could wait for the one and only waffle machine. One very slow elevator for the whole building.

Clean room, staff friendly

This hotel is in a great location. It is well kept and the rooms are clean. The breakfast looks good.

Hotel was very nice and all the workers we interacted with were great. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was a little softer than I'm used to but it still was comfy. Breakfast was so-so. It's not 5 star food but it was sufficed.

Found a few hairs leftover in the bathroom, faucet in shower kept falling over to the hottest setting. Decent stay. Wish it had a second entrance to the lot instead of forcing you through the lobby every time (seems illegal for fire codes?)

Friendly staff, great amenities, very clean, and close to area entertainment and shopping.

There was 1 tiny elevator for 104 rooms. The indoor pool is not heated. The curtain was actually in shreds..the light wasnt working in bedroom..the handle broke off the shower door There were dark hairs on the bath countertop and shaving remnants.

Friendly staff and convenience of location were the pros. Unfortunately that’s it. Elevator extremely slow and only one working. Room AC super loud and we couldn’t get it to stay on consistently.

Staff was pleasant

The lake view was quite pleasant. Noise level was very acceptable. Very quiet at night. The room was clean but baseboards and corners appeared quite dirty. Breakfast was very acceptable. Only one elevator was operational and was quite slow. The air conditioning was very comfortable and easily adjustable. No bells and whistles at this hotel, and it wasn't the Ritz, but the stay was pleasant, comfortable and adequate.I like having small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion and not the one community bottle in the shower. (YUCK) Bar soap was also provided. No pets was a plus since I don't relish sleeping in a bed previously slept in by a bulldog.

Well not exactly the best of preparations for the sausage. Not appetizing seeing a giant dish ful of brown n serve sausages that trhey couldn't take the time to brown before serving. Most of the staff were very nice
