I love that they clean the sheets and make the bed everyday!!! It was so nice coming back from a long day in the city to a clean room. Really nice and quiet area, definitely worth the visit!!

Vi valgte dette hotellet da prisnivået på hotell i New York er så dyrt. Vi forventet det værste, men ble positivt overrasket. Stille og rolig, hyggelig personale og rengjøring hver dag. Og deilig kjølig air condition selv om den bråket. (Og det så ut som det var mugg på innsiden av den.) Hotellet er gammelt og slitt og vegg til vegg teppene på soverommet + vinduene kunne med fordel vært vasket bedre eller blitt byttet ut. Det samme med air conditionen, burde vært renset eller byttet ut.

Good value, perfect location.

This was no good! I am not very picky when it comes to where I sleep, plus I normally sleep very well anywhere but at this place I could hardly sleep at all. It was like sleeping with you window wide open, even when closed. To much noise from the traffic and people in the streets. Also very old, and very bad WIFI connection. Staff was also not very enthusiastic or welcoming.

Hotel con buena ubicación, personal muy amable. Instalaciones limpias un poco viejas, costó- beneficio muy bueno.

Most reviews point out good things about the property but unfortunately my experience didn’t live up to those expectations. My room was infested with bugs and roaches. They were continuously coming through the bathroom vent. Management was unhelpful.

El personal es muy amable, el hotel es algo viejo pero la limpieza es buena, también está bien ubicado, por lo que sólo para llegar a dormir es excelente opción.

You get what you pay for, if you’re looking for an inexpensive stay in nyc this is the place. The beds aren’t comfy, the pillows were extremely lumpy, the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept in the restroom, shower walls and curtains were not clean. The restroom door really didn’t close. Besides that the location is great and convenient. The subway is near by and the staff were super friendly.

Eu diria aceitável. A localização foi o ponto que mais me agradou. Para dormir não foi tão agradável, ouve-se muito barulho da rua e do quarto ao lado também. Não havia toalha para pés/tapete algo que senti falta pois o chão do banheiro fica molhado. No mais foi tudo bem.

If you don’t mind a walk-up this is an excellent place to stay. The pros: location, cleanliness, room size (for nyc) the price (for NYC) the cons: the eclectic neighborhood is not for everyone, the uneven steps up narrow staircases are tough on older knees, the AC in room is pretty noisy (but very effective). It’s a clean safe cheap place to stay with trains to anywhere in the boroughs you might want to go. We found the aged bathroom and furniture charming and the beds were comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep.

Very convenient. Only, you should know it doesn’t have an elevator!!! And we got the 3rd floor with luggage. Anyways, the staff was kind and they help us taking it up

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí, en general me gusta por su fácil acceso a estaciones de bus y metro, sin embargo aunque la propiedad es vieja, podrían invertir en ropa de cama nueva ya que era demasiado vieja la de las habitaciones y habían toallas rotas, por lo demás estuvo bien
