Zimmer schön groß, aber etwas karg gestaltet. Bad super Design. Im gesamten sehr modern und clean. Für eine Übernachtung zum Weihnachtsmarkt ideal. 👌

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer war gut

We stayed over the Christmas period and had a balcony room. This was the most magical experience. Laying in bed listening to the carols, bells, people laughing. The view was amazing. The property is old as most building in Europe but all amenities were great. Couldn’t fault besides from limited access to taxis and no Ubers in the area. Roads also get closed during Christmas market periods. Plan ahead and don’t make the mistake like us as we almost missed our train due to not having car transportation close by. Plenty of tram options if you can navigate and shopping centre across the street!

Staff was awesome and quickly resolved any question and requests. Location is perfect!

Great location , parking below the building and train station very accessible.customer service is great and sumptuous breakfast.loved the view during the Christmas markets, we were on the 2nd floor, got the whole view and very christmassy

This hotel is very well located, just a few blocks from the most amazing view of the Elba and the Castle. The croissant of the breakfast was the best I tried in my trip to Europe including different cities. The best thing was that our room was ready earlier so as a family with children and arriving tired, early check-in was the best and really appreciated.

크리스마스 뷰를 요청하였는데 수용해주지 않았어요 조식먹는 식당은 난방이 안되어서 너무너무 추웠습니다 이틀째 되던 날에 외출하고 돌아오니 쓰레기통 뚜껑이 화장대 위에 떡하니 올려 있고 이불또한 머리카락이 마니 놓여 있어 당혹스러웠습니다 위치말고는 좋은게 없었어요 ㅠㅠ

Poor hotel We paid for a suite. 2 very large rooms. Almost no furniture . 2 giant empty rooms The bedroom has no furniture - no chairs nothing to put clothes on. The other room has a leather/ plastic couch from the 1950’s TV wasn’t connected and had no signal. Heating didn’t work and they had to re-program the system. Breakfast not included and they kept trying to sell us breakfast. Check in time was 3pm and they made us wait. We came back at 2:50’and were told to wait 10 minutes.

The hotel was the perfect location for viewing the Christmas market. It’s literally right outside the front door. The room was quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Muy buena ubicación

I was travelling with a friend - we booked a family room so that we each had a bed. Unfortunately there was no door to the shower.. which seems odd for a family room! What if we were a family travelling with teenagers? The beds were also not very comfortable. The staff at the desk were super nice, and great location.

Hotel é antigo mas muito bem localizado. O quarto estava OK, mas pode melhorar. Haviam resquícios de falta de limpeza deixados pelos hóspedes anteriores. Mas nada grave. A vista é excelente, de frente p/ praça. E nessa época do Natal é perfeita.
