We have bugs at are room. Crowing over the bags and bed. We have several bits discussed. No refrigerador or mini refrigerador at room.

My husband and I stayed here duringnour anniversary trip. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and they really cater to you if you allow them to. The beds are like sleeping in a cloud. The location is perfect. Youre right in the middle of everything. The onsite food is really good as well.

It was clean, quiet, great location. No negatives at all.

Overall great experience. We plan on staying here going forward. Centrally located, beautiful inside and out. Staff was fantastic.

The service was impeccable. Bar was great. Pool was great. I would prefer to have a mini frig to keep our bevs cold while we are out. Location was superb & rooftop bar & entertainment was top notch. I will be returning next year.

Only there on night, it was a convenient location

The staff were amazing and made our stay so smooth. The pool is beautiful and so relaxing and they have a rooftop bar with live music that was so fun. Will definitely return.

Great hotel nestled right off of Duval Street in the middle of everything! Room was great, pool was awesome, had a nice restaurant and great bar as well.

I loved this hotel. The rooms are small, but the hotel quality and amenities make up for the room size in my opinion. The staff were lovley and kind. Id definitely stay again

What a wonderful find. The staff was beyond helpful, and the hotel is centrally situated so you can walk to any place you'd like to visit. So many restaurants and bars nearby, and of course, plenty of shopping amid the historical sites.

Nice property

The grounds are beautiful and the hotel is in a very convenient area that is close to Duval and old town. The staff was very friendly as well. The size of our room was extremely small. The shower is not in the bathroom it is actually in the room and glass door had to be lifted to close and open. We understood it was an intimate hotel and thank goodness we have been together for 13 years is all I have to say. This was my 25th time so key west. I did love the private entrance on Duval.

Says parking was available but it was only valet. They take the car 6 blocks over. If you leave something in the car you can’t get it till next day as valet stops running at 11pm. I would’ve gave it 5stars other than that.

We love the property. My husband and I came to have a nice weekend getaway and the experience was wonderful. Everything is close and the hotel has a great service and a rooftop lounge. Definitely worth the price and we are coming back.

In the bigger rooms a really nice place. The small rooms like a cage and not recommendable

This was an amazing place for my husband and I. We had an absolute blast. The room and bathrooms were so clean and the bed was SO comfortable. There was live music on the upper deck every night until 11pm. Definitely an adult's hotel, just be aware. But we had NO complaints.

Fantastic stay Bar, pool, maid service, we're phenomenal! Front desk was another story.Any question or request I made seemed to always be answered with no. From room choice to late check out. For example, when I asked for late check out. I was given a time of 12 noon but as I waited in a lobby for my Uber another guest ask for late checkout and they were given a time of 1 o'clock, go figure.
