Dinner finishes at 8pm/ there is no room service. I was with my daughter for an early appointment and the tv wasn't working in either of our rooms, the staff said they'd help but then didn't. We had planned to watch tv and get room service and have an early night this wasn't possible. I upgraded us both to an executive room both were disabled rooms and both carpets were disgustingly filthy. My bathroom was very dirty and the shower sprayed everywhere as it was clogged with dirt. We went to have breakfast and my cutlery had food on and after the whole experience we couldn't face the food and left and had breakfast elsewhere, I am still waiting for my breakfasts to be refunded as we didn't have them. This is the first hotel I've stayed in on expedia that I would encourage them to remove, it definitely isn't a 4 star I would give it 2 but then with an expectation they clean the carpets and mould and have a better kitchen hygiene.
