L'établissement n'est pas compatible pour recevoir des voyageurs, grosses travaux,constructions picine, chambres insalubres, cafards, moisissures dans sdb,une catastrophe, j'ai parlé avec le responsable pour lui informé de mon mécontentement et d'arrêter de prendre des réservations le temps des travaux, mais rien a faire, a Marrakeche malheureusement, tous le monde cherche de faire de l'argent, n'importe comment, voyage raté, merci hotels.com.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstück war super, leider klappte unser Flughafen Abholservice nicht. Nach zwei Stunden Wartezeit beschlossen wir ein Taxi zum Riad zu nehmen. Der Transfer nach Essaouira klappte super.

Riad molto bello, accogliente e tipico. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Unico difetto, la camera un po' piccola.

bonjour, nous avons passer 4 nuits dans ce Riad pendant les vacances de février qui est bien situé. Même si la chambre manque de rangement, tout est propre. Le riad est super propre, très accueillant, le personnel est souriant, extrêmement serviable et gentil. Idéalement situé mais au calme vraiment on a passé un super séjour. Merci beaucoup

A every enjoyable stay with my wife and 2 young children. Zakaria and Latifa were extremely helpful and looked after us throughout our stay. Breakfast was extremely nice with something different every day. Very clean rooms with plenty of bed space.

Awful terrible cleaning no air con in the room asked fir fan as it was broke and it came after 48 hours and it was so loud absolutely terrible never ever again

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, Il Riad è pulito, molto accogliente con un atmosfera molto suggestiva. Zacharias Arsig, il gestore è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra, inoltre ci ha parlato molto della cultura berbera, di cui ha una profonda conoscenza. Pur essendo nel pieno centro storico, il Riad è isolato dai rumori delle strade e la mattina ci svegliavamo con il canto degli uccellini. La colazione è stata molto aprezzata dai miei figli!

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel manager was super kind and friendly. Airport transfers were pelanned smoothly and on time. We left in the middle of the night and got the ride to the airport. Breakfast was delicious and hotel and rooms were cozy.

Buena ubicación, andando lo tienes todo a mano, habitación espaciosa y comoda lo unico que podria decir es que el cuarto de baño es un poco pequeño. Por último, un desayuno fantástico y Mohammed súper agradable.

Gentili e disponibili, sono venuti a prenderci in aeroporto e ci hanno portato al Riad. Organizzano i tour(più convenienti dei altri), hanno preparato la colazione alle 8 al posto del 8.30. Danno consigli utili, mangiare buono. La camera ok, bagno piccolo. Durante il giorno fa 25 gradi, ma la notte scende fino 4,5 gradi. Riscaldamento non esiste, era un po’ freddo a dormire..
