Outstanding service. Recommend booking airport transfer service in advance as few taxis from Ancona airport. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate a delayed flight and collection from the airport, as well as a late night dinner. Superb people and lovely hotel.

We loved it! Fabulous views, great location, clean and comfortable.

Great breakfast, clean spacious rooms and fantastic decor and views of the port in lobby. Had a great stay and most of all AC works well.

Dejligt ophold, fint værelse dog er A/C'en tænd på højeste kræft så værelset var rigtig koldt, og vi havde desværre lidt udfordringer med at slukke A/C'en. Rigtig god service, vi blev hjulpet til vores værelse og vist rundt i lobbyen, restauranten og baren i mens vores tasker blev taget til vores værelse. Fitness lokalet var super, god størrelse og fin mængde udstyr og et anlæg man kan slutte sig til og spille musik fra.

great hotel close to city center and port of Ancona. we had a junior suite and it was very spacious, bright and clean. The staff at the hotel were all very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. It did not have a pool or beach but we had a car and drove to a beach and rented chairs and umbrellas. Great to be so close to many restaurants and shops.

Ottima esperienza nel perimetro di un viaggio di lavoro. Da non perdere il ristorante Ginevra all'ultimo piano dell'hotel. Roberto e il suo staff vi accoglieranno per farvi provare un'esperienza unica.

Ankomst fra havn. Mange trapper opp til hotellet. Hyggelig personale. God mat i restauranten. Fantastisk utsikt. Sentralt til severdigheter. Lite dusjkabinett.

Suite con spa e idromassaggio bellissima

This hotel can be difficult to find but once there it is an oasis. Valet parking is so easy. Staff are amazing. Their restaurant on the 4 th floor is a must do. Easy walking into the town. We had a window over the port and we watched the ferries and cruise ships come in. A great stay

Very nice and convenient hotel nice view and friendly staff

Potrebbe entrare nella TOP TEN dei miei hotel preferiti per una come me che li cambia una volta a settimana. Questo hotel lo frequentiamo per lavoro e nonostante sia un po’ lontano dal nostro ufficio preferiamo venire qui per godere del completo relax e di tutti i servizi comfort. Vista molto carina sul porto di Ancona, personale super gentile sia alla reception che alle pulizie ed al bar. Camere spaziose e comode (unica nota negativa il phon). Palestra e spa! Ma la cosa migliore è sicuramente la colazione davvero SUPER! Sia dolce che salata con tante opzioni senza glutine e senza lattosio! Davvero una chicca, per cui non vedo l’ora di tornare

We had a great stay here while we waited for our ferry to Croatia. The staff was very attentive and we highly recommend the spa!!

The room was large with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The shower was a little dated but had great water pressure and temperature. Our room faced the rear car parking and rubbish bin area, which at times late evening and early morning, was quite noisy. The breakfast was really nice with a great view out to the port. We walked from the train station no problems. It’s about a 7 min walk to the historical centre of Ancona.
